Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was lovely! It had very high quality and comfortable furniture. The kitchen had very nice appliances and was well stocked. They had many games and books provided too. The location is wonderful. The only issue we had was that the half bath toilet filled very slowly. But there are two other bathrooms so this wasn’t much of an issue for us. We would definitely stay in this rental again!

Reviewer Comments: This is a great oceanfront property that is just a block or two away from the boardwalk, restaurants and the carnival. The interior has been beautifully updated and it offers many comforts for your stay. It was also great to have a private access point to the beach. My one gripe is that it is a duplex and the property layout is “different”. The listing isn’t entirely straightforward about that. The portion we rented turned out to be the first floor and half of the second floor. We were a bit disappointed about the surprise of having others above us, and the fact that the oceanfront views were partially obstructed by the sand dunes except from one secondary bedroom. While I think a revised property description is necessary to help manage renters expectations, the property is lovely in many ways and the location within Carolina Beach is hard to beat.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The two balconies had great views. The beach was right there with a nice wooden walkway. The communication with the property management was awesome! Close to the boardwalk and walkable to many things.
