Island Time Villa 7 Deluxe 1 Bedroom

Only issue was restroom didn’t have enough ventilation Was very hot taking a shower Other than that little issue was a very pleasant place and will stay again

Peaceful, clean and convenient location. The pool was crystal clear and the unit was very clean. I was happy to find tongs for grilling amd KcupsAmanda was friendly and picked up charcoal for the grill since they were out. Just know that it's charcoal not propane so plan the extra time for grilling.It was a bit longer walk to the beach than I expected but a 3 min drive so easily solved. We are already planning another trip same time, same place, next year.

Jacenda made the visit wonderful! Communication was excellent! Will be staying there again!Close to all services and restaurants. Best of all the beach is right around the corner!

Shadow Palm is a hidden gem in Port A!

Stayed in Villa 7 for Sandfest and it was perfect! Super clean, spacious, and the oversized king bed was amazing. Quiet, quaint property with a beautiful patio overlooking the pool. Location right off 11th Street made everything easy. Also recommend renting a beach cart from Sage — quick delivery and pickup. Great trip, great spot — highly recommend!

Villa 7 at Shadow Palm was perfect for our weekend getaway! The location is SUPER convenient, the Shadow Palm community is so quaint and lovely, villa 7 is comfortable and a great beach house, and the host is responsive and very accommodating! Looking forward to renting this jewel again!

Very relaxing and very good location.

The villa was well appointed with a nice size bedroom with a king size bed ( very comfy), good kitchen and nice size living room. It was about 1/2 mile to gain access to the beach. The pool area was nice, but the water was not heated so didn’t really use it. Laundry was shared and was easy to access.

We’ve stayed at many places over the years in Port Aransas, nearly all of them excellent or close to it. A few dogs. This was a good location, nice facility, great host, and reasonable price. I love all the big, mature palms and the great pool. Laundry facilities on-site (free, not coin-op) is a nice plus. Good to see an ice maker in the fridge vs sad ice cube trays.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations, clean, beautiful, exceeded expectations!

This is the best place in Port A to stay with your family and fur babies. If like having privacy and ability to have dinner, beach,swim and shop and not feel guilty about leaving your fur baby back at your Villa, this is the place to stay. If you are a party animal and want to throw a big party stay at a multistory condo. Shadow Palm's saltwater pool is a refreshing way to start or end your day. I plan to return soon. Bonus: the owners are awesome! Hint: if you make smoothies pack your blender. I make them every morning for my daughter so she can take meds and I was sure to pack mine. So if you are wanting to make frozen margaritas pack your blender to be on the safe side.
