Island Time | Spacious + Community Pool Access

Overall, it’s a great rental. The house was very clean and the kids loved the bunk beds! The layout is a little unique in that the bunk bed sets are in the biggest room that has the biggest (and most comfortable) bed. The kids were begging for the bunk beds so the adults slept in the smaller rooms. I suppose this layout is helpful if you have a larger group. We were only 6. The rental is located right in the middle of the complex and the 2 pools are super close. The pools were nice and clean, but simple and smaller than expected. I wish there was more personality, shade, palapas or something. (I guess I’m spoiled!) There is a shaded structure that has restrooms and I think some picnic tables that you can sit under. We went in June and the pools were super crowded during the weekend. The house offered outdoor darts, corn hole, and some board games, which was nice. There is also a very nice Weber gas grill that was recently refreshed. Slightly smaller than a normal grill but cooked great. I’ll add that the house is very bare, in that we we’re only given enough house stuff (soap, dishwasher detergent, TP, shampoo, etc) for a day or so. No seasonings and no left over laundry detergent from past guests. I think that’s noted somewhere but wanted to confirm here.Overall it’s a great rental in a great complex. The palm trees, gravel winding walkways, and well-decorated front yards really create a warm community vibe.

The beach house was everything that we hoped for and more. Plenty of space, and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably.

The layout of this house is perfect. Open downstairs, bedrooms up stairs. Love that each room had its own bathroom. Extra beds in rooms is great and still plenty of space in the rooms. Overall great house

The spot was clean, gated, and close to the beach. Our family enjoyed the stay. Restroom in every room was a plus for me :).

The home was clean and beautiful! Love the decor just enough and not overwhelming the color of the house is so beachy! I would recommend this place everyone had enough room to spread out and the pool is convenient to the house.I would stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: - The house was clean but full of cockroaches, which made my wife and kids very uncomfortable.- Another problem was that when somebody took shower in the second-floor master bedroom, there was water drops falling from the ceiling of the first floor under the shower, which made it very uncomfortable to live on the first floor and work in the kitchen.- The complex did not have an access to the beach.

Very nice place, plenty of room and all of the accommodations we needed. Close to the pool and gated community for extra security.

Our four families could spend time playing board games and video games, make meals all in one space, and enjoy our time in Port A. The beach was a very short drive, and we were able to make quick trips back to the house if we needed or forgot something Without any hassle. The outdoor shower was a hit with the kids and helped keep the beach toys clean, and the screened-in walkway helped dry out swimsuits and beach stuff!

The staff was friendly and the house Island Time was very clean and spacious while only being a few minutes from the beach and corners store. Will definitely use Port A Escapes on our next visit.
