Island in the Stream 2 Bedrooms + Loft

This unit was excellent. The amenities were as advertised. It was clean and appeared well taken care of. The owners were very quick to respond to every question and were excellent to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is very nice! We were able to get a marina slot right in front of the property which was nice. The home was clean and had most of everything that we needed. Will stay again when returning to Bimini.

This was our second stay at Islands in the Stream and once again our visit was wonderful. The unit is cool and clean. We had a couple of hiccups with the Marina/Cleaning Crew but Patty was quick to handle and correct. Patty always gives clear instruction and responds quickly. We definitely look foward to booking again!

Island in the Stream was the perfect home away from home for our Bimini vacation. From the moment we booked, our host Patty contacted us with detailed information about the unit, location, and marina. Throughout the two months leading up to our stay, she promptly answered any questions that arose. Thanks to all of her great communication, check-in was super easy. The unit itself offered the best view of the marina. It faced south/north, providing shade at any time of day and keeping the unit cool for lazy mornings. The spacious downstairs bedrooms had private baths, and we appreciated having the laundry on the first level. Easy stairs led up to the main floor, where there was plenty of space for our party of 6 to relax after days on the water. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the full kitchen and using the grill. The balcony with extra seating was a lovely spot to watch the boats come and go in the evenings. The loft on the third level comfortably accommodated 4 people, with a full bathroom on the main floor for their use. The property location was ideal, with easy access to the pool, tiki bar, and beach, yet far enough away from any noise. We never heard any disturbances from inside the unit. The sunsets were breathtaking, with the most beautiful view on Bimini just steps away. We will definitely be returning to stay here again. Thank you, Patty, for a wonderful vacation experience!

This is my second time staying at islands in the Stream. Check-in was fast and very easy to get in the room. It was clean and cold. I never had any issues other than low water pressure. I like being able to dock my boat right behind, my house. Easy to load and unload. The cleaning table and the water that was added to the cleaning table makes life easier. You need a set of Teflon pots and pans. I will definitely book it again.

Thank you so much for offering your home so we could participate in The Crossing For Cystic Fibrosis event! It served us well. We know Bimini is not perfect with water and power sometimes going out but that’s out of anyone’s control. This location was excellent and we’ll be back again. Thanks!

Excellent Host

Very comfortable spot, awesome dockage directly in front of the unit. Everything worked out great. Very clean place would definitely rent again. Owner was very informative. Just be aware Bimini cove charges 50 dollars to give you the key to the unit. This wasn’t a big deal just unexpected… thanks a lot!!
