Driftwood is a bright tropical home on Hutchinson Island, just 0.5 miles from the beach. The home features three bedrooms (king, queen, and two full beds), high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs. Enjoy the private screened-in whirlpool after a day at the beach. Guests also have access to the Indian River Point community pool, tennis court, and fishing docks, making this an easy and comfortable island getaway.

We are available by call or text for any questions or needs each day until 8:30 PM. For after-hours concerns or on-site issues, our local support team can assist as needed. We respect your privacy and do not interrupt your stay unless you reach out to us or assistance is required. You’ll receive all contact details before arrival, and we’re always here to help ensure a smooth and comfortable visit.

Indian River Point is a quiet waterfront community on the Indian River in Jensen Beach, known for its peaceful setting and convenient access to beaches, parks, and local dining. The neighborhood features well-kept single-family homes, community fishing docks, a large swimming pool, and a tennis court, all just a short walk from the property.

This location is ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Jensen Beach Causeway Park and Jensen Beach Park are each only a 2-minute drive away, offering beaches, picnic areas, playgrounds, fishing piers, restrooms, showers, and easy water access for kayaking, jet skiing, and windsurfing.

Dining, shopping, and everyday conveniences are also close by. A quick 5-minute drive brings you to the Ocean Breeze Plaza area with restaurants, cafés, and services, including Publix and a pharmacy. With NE Causeway Blvd and A1A right outside the neighborhood, guests can reach the mainland, nearby towns, and the rest of the Treasure Coast within minutes. All Indian River Point homeowners' guests have access to the large community swimming pool, fishing dock, and tennis court.

Late check-outs and early check-ins will be subject to a fee of $25/hour and/or an additional night stay fee.

NOTE to all Guests: After booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of government-issued photo IDs for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any persons with a SEXUAL FELONY CONVICTION will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.

This fully furnished beach cottage offers a bright, clean, and comfortable layout designed for an easy and well-equipped island stay. The home features three bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with a queen, and one with two doubles—along with ample storage, linens, towels, and essential toiletries for your stay. Two full bathrooms with hot water and Towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes, cutlery, drinking glasses, and grilling utensils. The dining and living areas offer comfortable seating and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings.

The home includes central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and WiFi. Additional conveniences include a washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and hangers.

Outside, enjoy the private patio with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and beach essentials such as Beach towels, a beach umbrella, and Beach chairs. Guests have free on-site parking, a private entrance, keypad self-check-in, and access to the year-round community pool, tennis courts, and nearby walking areas.

This home is designed to offer a relaxed and effortless stay with all the essentials needed for comfort, convenience, and quality time on Hutchinson Island.

The guest is required to provide their own transportation around the area. We recommend Uber, If a taxi service is needed.

Stays longer than 28 days require bi-weekly cleanings at the guest’s expense. Our representative will contact you to schedule. Failure to comply results in an additional cleaning fee at checkout.

Rules for Indian River Point:
Gatherings may not exceed 6 people. Events and parties are strictly prohibited. Guests may not direct or give instructions to HOA employees or vendors. Guests are responsible for any HOA fines resulting from violations of community rules during their stay.

Parking:
Each home has 2 spaces (garage counts as 1). Guest spaces may not be used for resident or renter parking. No parking on grass or street overnight. No overnight parking of motor homes, trailers, boats, watercraft, campers, RVs, Sprinter vans, or commercial vehicles unless fully enclosed in a garage. Be considerate and do not block neighbors. Pickup trucks allowed only if non-commercial, under 8,600 lbs GVWR, and without racks, signage, camper tops, or stored items.

Pool Rules:
Shower before entering. No glass. Swimwear only. Non-swimmers must be supervised. No animals, smoking, or loud audio (headphones only). No diving. Hours: Dawn–Dusk. Parents must monitor children. Life ring and emergency phone are for emergencies only.

Tennis Court:
ONLY FOR TENNIS USE. No pickleball. Proper footwear is required. No bikes, skates, or skateboards. Limit play to 1 hour if others are waiting. Max 4 players. No animals.

Garbage:
Place trash in bags/bins at curb Mon & Thu (Mon also recycling). Put bins out the night before; remove the same day.

Pets:
All pets must be registered on the reservation. No Cats. A pet fee is required per dog. The reservation pet fee covers the first dog only; any additional dogs must be approved and paid for separately after booking. Pet fees cover the animal’s lodging only and do not include damages or additional cleaning, which remain the guest’s responsibility. Only approved dog breeds allowed (per insurance). Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Chow, Presa Canario, Wolf, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Great Dane, Keeshond, and Stafford Terrier. It's Florida Law: Dogs must be leashed outside the homes, and waste must be removed. Keep barking controlled.

Dock Rules:
Use the end-dock cleaning table for fish cleaning; clean after use. Remove bait buckets when not in use. No bikes, skates, or skateboards. The community dock is NOT for guest watercraft of any kind; fishing only. Guests must use public boat ramps (Jensen Beach Causeway Park). For watercraft trailer storage, use a local marina or rental provider.

Quiet Hours:
Noise must be kept low. No disruptive noise before 8 am or after 10 pm anywhere in the community, including the dock. No discharge of weapons or fireworks is permitted anywhere in the neighborhood.

Government ID Requirement:

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
-100% refunds will be granted for cancellations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler, which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancellation will be subtracted from your refund.
On-Sight Payment Method'(debit/credit card) fees (4.50+%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or directly are NOT REFUNDABLE. All refunds, including any Security Damage Deposits, will be issued by a check and mailed to your mailing address on file at no additional fee, or by request only, can be refunded back to the original credit card and will be subject 5+% processing fee. Processing fees for any On-Site Payment Method (debit/credit card) may change without notice. Guests are responsible for all fees assessed at the time of processing, including fees applied to refunds, regardless of any amounts previously listed.

    This house was perfect. It was clean and spacious. We had 3 generations - my teen/tween kids, my older parents and my husband and me. We had plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was very nice. We loved walking to the dock and taking a stroll around to the pool. We didn't swim because the weather was a bit chilly, but the pool looked nice. The plunge pool at the house was cute - we liked sitting by it with the bubbles on but, again, the weather wasn't conducive for getting in (our 13 y.o. son did get in a couple times though, briefly). We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was great, and Hutchinson Island is our favorite place in Florida.

    The pictures do not do this place justice. This home looks far more inviting in person! We stayed over the Xmas holiday and this rental was perfect! The rental staff was in constant contact and made sure we had the keys to get in. Also, when we had an issue with the plumbing, the manager offered to fix it right away (we declined). The unit does not have a view of the water, but the surroundings are lush and beautiful. We found the kitchen sufficiently stocked to prepare our holiday dinner. The rental is conveniently located and close to shopping, restaurants and the beach (which we walked to). We would definitely ret this unit again!

    The home was much larger than I anticipated. It was clean and bright. The community was quiet and small. The community pool was heated and clean. Overall, it was a relaxing stay with all the necessary accommodations. The property managers provided the necessary information in a timely manner and there was no need for much communication with them. The one time we reached out to them, they responded immediately. I would consider renting again. Hutchinson Island is a great place to visit!
