Island Getaway, Gulf Front, Hammocks, Kayaks, 3/2, sleeps 6,thousands ft of deck

My family and I have been visiting LGI for decades and have stayed in a dozen rentals on the island. This charming house is probably my favorite of them all. The beds and sofa are comfortable, the appliances are updated, everything is spotless but still homey, and the screened patio is the perfect spot for a morning coffee without bugs. The position of the house and its landscaping keeps away the worst of the heat in the middle of the day, and the sunsets are stunning. The short distance to the beach is almost all boardwalk and the trip from the dock is straightforward and just a few minutes walk. Management was a delight to communicate with. Friendly, helpful, and responsive. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit. Highly recommend!

The beach view was awsome had a great stay property manager was very accommodating. Would definitely book again. Had everything we wanted. Love this little island!!

This stay was lovely on a secluded island with direct beach access. The island suffered horrible hurricane damage in the prior years, and the property owners have kept the house thriving and ideal for guest rentals. We loved our stay and will likely be booking this trip again when we are able to take another vacation!

Excellent -- This was our 4th stay on LGI, and this was our favorite house -- Location and absolutely comfortable -- Wonderful vacation home!

This house has a gorgeous walk-out view of the gulf and provided a really nice slow-down for our busy family. The house had recently had some work done and there were a few leftovers from that but I am sure once all of that is picked up and completed it will be the best place to rest on Little Gasparilla.

This Cottage was beautiful,clean and had everything we needed!!! The views were breath taking. This hime owner did a great job and making sure we had all the extras. We will definitely be back!!!

The house was loaded with all necessities. If I had to be super picky there wasn’t body soap so I wish I brought some. Very private which is what we wanted. I would 100% stay again!

Be prepared to work more than relax!!! So of course this property is on a island with no stores or restaurants , which is actually inviting, if however the information was accurate on golf cart rental, grocery delivery service and getting to home once on island. This was my annual birthday girls trip. We were told to reserve golf cart, which we did on July 5th (we weren’t arriving till July 11th) in the 11th, I text the golf cart rental company and ask to please deliver golf cart to dock for easier transportation of our luggage and groceries( I had spoken to them on the 10th and they informed me they could drop off at either house or dock) I was informed a hour before arrival that all golf carts were returned after the 4th damaged and they had no golf carts. Okay, no big deal, the owner had told me there would be a cart at dock to load our luggage in for easier transportation of all our belongings, evidently the owner thinks cart and wheel barrel are the same, and dragging a wheel barrel through thick sand for 1/4 a mile in hot humid weather is really not my idea of a great start to vacation but okay. Get to house and we are told that all trash needs to be taken off island, so I’m thinking that this is going to be a beautiful place since the concept is sort of like, leave no trace of people on the island. This was not the case, there is a huge pile of trash behind house and even an old mattress laying there. Horrible landscaping, rips in curtains, hammocks were torn……
