Stayed Jul 1, 2025Clean and fairly spacious two bedroom apartment, within a very short walk to the beach. Location was great, price was fair for the apartment. Nice for a small group, would like to have had one more full bath but for two to four people, it worked.

Stayed May 11, 2025Rental is wonderful. Very close to beach just a short walk away. Great neighborhood. So much better than a hotel. All the comforts of home.Hopefully many visits to come back.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025We loved our stay and the location! It was so awesome that this unit was equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, a beach wagon, and a baby pack n play! The location was quiet and a quick walk to the beach! The unit was super cute but the upstairs bathroom needed better detailed cleaning. There was hair on the sink counter along with some makeup build up in the corner and the tub looked roughed. It feels like it’s caked with soap scum and the bottom needs bleaching. Hair in the corner Of the floor too. Most everything else was pretty clean and it was a great stay!!

Stayed Dec 5, 2024We were very happy with the condo, it was as described and had many more features available for us such as beach chairs, beach towels and even a beach wagon. Sadly it was not warm enough for us to use any of those things, but we still had a great time. The desk setup was another awesome feature. The location was great, both within the condo complex and on Amelia Island. The tennis court is in need of maintenance, but they were still usable. The location is quiet and felt safe. The size was great for 2 adults, but would be a bit tight for 2 couples; especially with only one shower. The hot water heater struggled for two short showers. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We were very impressed by the townhome. The place was exactly as advertised. It was very clean (with mattresses encased to protect from bed bugs). Plenty of linens and extras to help make your stay more comfortable. Very short 0.25 mile walk from front door to water. (ramp access at beach not stairs). The beach had a calm/ lazy vibe. Lots of shells and waves to keep the kids occupied all day. Management was helpful and checked in via text a few times during our stay. We will definitely return!
