    Beautiful property deer in the yard every day! Great mountain views. Centrally located to all the sights! Exactly as described. Great porch with tables and chairs to just relax and enjoy the view. Everything was super clean and comfortable, the beds were amazing! Even had a really nice, and looked brand new grill! Great communication even when I asked questions that the answers were in the Welcome book. Just can't say enough about this property, except we will definitely be back!!

    This place was perfect. Great location for so many things. We visited the Badlands, Custer State Park, Devils Tower, Keystone, Deadwood, Sturgis, Custer, Spearfish Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and of course Hill City. We are so appreciative of this place, great location overlooking Hill City, cleanliness, and the management.

    This was the perfect house and location to enjoy our week at the 84th Sturgis Rally. Central location to all of the great riding roads in the Black Hills. Spotless house with a picture-perfect deck to watch the rally unfold. Great communication with leasing staff! Timely notices and painless check-in/check-out process. Perfect double garage to keep the bikes inside with trailer parking available across the street. House is well stocked with anything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds, great showers. Every detail was covered. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

    Our family of 5 had an amazing time exploring SD. The house had plenty of space for our 3 teenage boys. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for meals. The house is walkable to all the restaurants, shops and 1880 train station. Staying in Hill City was so close to Mt. Rushmore, Keystone and Custer state park. We also went on day trips to Deadwood, Spearfish and badlands.

    My family of three stayed here for 4 days/3 nights. We’ve been to the Hills several times and this property is by far the best we’ve stayed at. The deck provides a beautiful of the Hills and Downtown Hill City. There are 3 beds and 2 baths, which were more than adequate for us. We even had the ability to park in the garage! Communication with owner was great. Would definitely stay again.

    This was the perfect location for all the Black Hills attractions; riding bikes on the Mickelson Trail, Custer State Park, Needles Highway, Sylvan Lake, Crazy Horse sculpture, Mt. Rushmore … etc. We could walk to the Alpine Inn for dinner or BBQ at home!

    We stayed five nights in June and thourghly enjoyed the house. We usually go to Hill City, SD two or three times a year and have been looking for a nice vacation rental for quite a while and we have finally found it. It was clean and has a great location overlooking the town. Our only complaint is that it is not as equipped in the kitchen as other vacation rentals that we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again.

    Nice property with great location and views. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to popular attractions. Brought our grandkids and so much fun relaxing in this spacious home.
