Stayed May 1, 2025Nice property. We used it as a home base for a multi-day concert in Nashville. We took an uber back and forth and it was a little further away than i had hoped, but it was a nice place and served the purpose quite nicely. Uber rides to and from downtown were about 15-20 mins. Will definitely book again.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We were a little disappointed initially when we first arrived. Some of the kitchen drawers had what looked like pest droppings however we never saw a bug the whole time there and everything else was clean and comfortable. The location is just a few minutes from downtown or the Grand Ol Opry. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby also. Our only advise is the top floor was quite a bit warmer than the main floor. To make the 2nd floor comfortable you had to freeze the 1st floor. All was fine and we would consider staying there again if we return.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024House was great. It was well maintained and in a great location-close to anything we wanted to do. Dot was a great host. She kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Would rent again.
