Inviting & newly renovated home near parks and downtown!

This was such an amazing little house for our weekend away with friends!! The hosts answered right away with anything we needed leading up to our stay! We felt 100000% comfortable and safe! Will definitely be staying here again!!!

What a great house in a great location. Myself and 2 other adults stayed and we each had our own space - which we appreciated very much. Most importantly- we ALL loved the house!! Its friendly atmosphere and higher end appliances and finishes were welcoming. BTW - The downstairs shower was amazing!! The host’s communication were excellent.Highly recommend!!! In fact, we discussed staying again next year.

Much more spacious than we anticipated.

Not exciting on the outside but GREAT inside. Very clean with new appliances. Bathrooms & showers great with BIG plush towels. Beds are nice & comfortable & they don't even scrimp on the TP. They provide the good stuff! :-) The location was wonderful for what we were doing in town. Since an empty facial tissue box on the downstairs bathroom sink was really the only thing to complain about, obviously I rate this place as outstanding. The only other comments I might make are that the kitchen island chairs are a little worn & could be replaced, & if you want to use the garage, don't drive in with anything larger than a Mini Cooper. Parking outside in front of the garage was fine except that when you park, be careful of a low, thin concrete strip separating the two sides of the garage driveway. Getting in & out of the car on the passenger side you need to be careful so you don't turn an ankle on this strip. Parking on the street would have been good too as there wasn't much traffic at all. I can’t remember using Vrbo before so I didn't know to check my email while there. The owner sent me some check-out instructions via email that I missed so I hope it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for him. Next time I'll know better. If I do Vrbo again (which I probably will because it worked out so great) I'll contact the owner for checkout instructions ahead of time, or know to check my email while there. We were so busy doing things on this trip I didn't check my email once. A!!

Great house with lots of updates. Appreciated the washer/dryer as we were in town for a tournament. Beds very comfortable and the location was close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

We found the thermostat difficult to set and some minor things to fix but other than that it was great. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This stay was absolutely lovely! I was very pleased as I walked through the property. The communication was very smooth and clear! Dylan was very responsive when I had a question! Was in Sioux Falls for a basketball tournament and location was great for the Pentagon.

We enjoyed our stay. It was 3 adults & we approached the room.

The location was perfect for all of the places we needed to go with easy access to major roads and highways. Very clean and updated home with plenty of space for multiple guests. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms, especially the loft upstairs. Owner was very quick to respond to any issues or needs.

We came to Sioux Falls for a family wedding. This was the perfect place for 6 adults to reconnect. We enjoyed the grill the kitchen had everything we needed. A great location to the airport and major freeways.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect. Dylan was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We literally couldn't be happier with our stay at The Terrace. Host was communicative and helpful and the property itself exceeded expectations. Nice finishes, furniture and appliances. And generally just laid out very well for a small family. My wife and myself stayed in the downstairs bedroom with our 2 year old using the pack and play in the attached closet. (This is literally our ideal situation.) And our teenager really enjoyed having the loft bedroom all to herself. The living space on the main floor was excellent and even allowed us to host a few people for the Vikings game. The home had everything we could possibly have needed when it came to dishes, cookware, spices, toaster, etc etc. There's even a slow cooker with the baggies available. Sincerely, never been happier with a rental and we will certainly be trying to book again when we return next year.

Very Clean. Nice to have two completely separate sleeping areas upstairs and downstairs and yet another bedroom on main floor. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time during our stay. We do wish there had been a dining table, but the place was great and we would stay again!

Very comfortable and convenient location! The property was spotless. There were 3 of us and we each had our own floor. It was very modern and we had a little difficulty figuring out how to use the fireplace and tv. There were a lot of stairs to navigate. The decorating was cute and modern.

We had a family wedding downtown and the location was perfect! We had the perfect amount of room and had such a great time.

This was an adorable property in a really nice area. The house was cute and had everything we needed, including a pack-n-play. The managers were quick to respond if we had a question. The house was also in a nice area. There was a playground close by. It was close to everything we wanted to see in Sioux Falls. Would definitely recommend to anyone making a trip to SF!

We loved staying at this property. The kitchen was well-stocked and home were well stocked. When I had trouble finding something, property owners were quick to respond. We had 6 people in all— 2 adults and 4 kids (9,6,4 and 18 months). The big kids stayed down in the basement and loved having their own space and playroom. Our baby stayed upstairs for quiet naps and my husband I stayed on the main floor in order to hear anyone that needed us, but all had plenty of space. Great spot and close to anything you need in Sioux Falls!
