Stayed Sep 12, 2025Property is located in Brunswick Plantaion which is a golf destination and neighborhood. It is not close to the beach. We had to drive 15 minutes to get anywhere. If you bring pets VACASA charges you an extra $150 over the listing price which is NOT disclosed in the Expedia listing. Property was clean and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025Nice house, needs a little TLC, a mix up with some plumbing issues that were supposed to be fixed before we arrived but they got it done while we were there only hindered our stay a little as the plumber showed up 2 hours later then expected. Plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We’ve been visiting yearly for the last 7 or 8 years. Each year something has been updated. One year a bathroom, one year new Mini split A/C’s in each room and this year new flooring and some new furniture. My family loves it there!!

Stayed Apr 1, 2023The house had a musty smell that we couldn’t get rid of, even after a few days of airing it out. Everything inside was pretty much outdated and worn out including the cobwebs and crumbs. The area was fine and Vacasa seemed easy to communicate with.
