Stayed Mar 5, 2022The property location was very nice with a beautiful small lake view. It was quiet and peaceful. The condo was obviously a much older place than anything we have stayed in previously. It definitely could use some updating, but It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were nice for our family of four. The golf cart was a nice addition, although part of the front windshield did fall off on our stay which made it very windy. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and had a lot of fun.

Stayed Sep 3, 2021Golf cart rental was included in my stay I went to check it out and I was told that the key was missing this was some what of an inconvenience I was then told that I would be refunded for the first 2 nights of not having access to the cart which was only $150 refunded

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Description of property was spot on. Place was well maintained and clean. The beach locker had everything you need for a day at the beach. Golf cart was a little slow in the speed department but it was nice overall. Love the area in that it’s easy to get groceries, get to the beach, and won’t be a bad drive to destin once 98 is done. Loved sitting on the screened in porch watching tv before bed. It was our 2nd time staying in the sandestin resort area. We will be back!

Stayed Jul 17, 2020We had a wonderful stay in the Bayou Village and the location was perfect for my conference and close to the beach. We loved having the golf cart to move around the property and to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The only thing that was an issue was the dryer timer is messed up and shuts off after 10-15 min of use and you have to reset the timer multiple times to dry your load. But other than that small issues our stay was great and we would definitely rent this unit again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2020Townhouse was exactly as listed, in a great location. The golf cart was great to get you around the whole resort. You don’t need to drive your car once you are here. You can even drive the golf cart to the grocery store. Sunset views are over the bay we even seen dolphins in the bay.

Stayed Jun 20, 2020I was a little disappointed in the price. This place was marked up more than several others with less space. The description listed a grill and pictures show a grill, however there is a lock with no code available. I emailed the owners with no response. This was a cute residence with a great location. Fully stocked and cared for.
