Intracoastal Waterfront, Heated Pool , Walk2 Beach,Watch Yachts, Fort Lauderdale

This house was beautiful and stocked with every amenity, including snacks and sparkling cider upon arrival (so appreciated after arriving late with hungry kids!). There was also a nutribullet (personal size blender), which we used daily to make smoothies (the grocery store was close by). We also found Tupperware in a kitchen (there are two!) to store leftovers, which was appreciated (and rarely found in other house rentals). The house has Sonos speakers throughout, so you download the app and have a great sound system to play your favorite music. And, THERE'S A POOL! (Your own private pool!)Every bedroom (with really comfortable beds!) had its own bathroom and closet. Every bathroom had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There's a washer and dryer, as well as beach towels and beach chairs to borrow. Location was perfect, with views of passing water taxi and yachts on the waterway and only a few blocks from the beach. Communication was prompt, and when we had a problem with the freezer, the owner offered to deliver a bag of ice and water bottles, which was more than expected (what a pleasant surprise!). We never hesitated to ask questions, and we always got prompt, helpful and gracious replies. Our family of five (two adults, three kids ages 10-16) would return in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 6! The location was perfect - it was so relaxing to be right on the water and watch the boats go by all day. The house is spacious and clean and the bedrooms are great. So nice to have a bathroom attached to each one! Would definitely recommend.

Great hosts

I vacation in South Florida often, this place was by far the nicest place I’ve stayed. Can’t beat a place right on the intercostal. The host was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The house was absolutely stunning in every way, I will definitely be back! The location was perfect, walk to beach/grocery stores ect.

This house is exceptional! Beautifully decorated and furnished, extremely clean, and feels like home!! Each bedroom has its own closet and bathroom and kitchen is big with everything you need ! House is perfect!! Location is also amazing since it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but 10-20 mins drive ( or 30 40 mins walk) from many fun areas such as state park, Fort Lauderdale beach , Fort Lauderdale by the sea and a 15 mins uber ride drive to Las Olas ! Also, Short walk (5 mins) to the beach from the house. The highlight of the house is the backyard on the canal with a beautiful pool ! We spent lots of mornings and afternoon relaxing and swimming in the pool. The owners were extremely responsive to every question we had ! We will be back !!! Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The hosts were very responsive, and we would definitely book again. Lots of tasteful living space and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and offers brand new appliances. Cannot beat the beautiful view! There are a few construction projects going on in the neighborhood, but it was never an issue and will only increase the beauty of this neighborhood. Short walk to Publix, Walgreen's, and some good restaurants!
