This house is everything that you’re looking for from ages one through 17. All my grandchildren enjoyed it so much. The whole entire house is amazing. The theater room couldn’t ask for anything more. The pool was great. The location was great The property owner was amazing. If you wanna stay somewhere located very nicely in Florida to all the theme parks stay at this house. You will love it.

Great communication with host. Worked perfectly for the 11 of us.Only downfall was wish they had kitchen rags & towels & washcloths in bathrooms.

Great house! Easy access to the parks, airport and convention center. We loved the theater room and pool. Really nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom, with plenty of space for our family to spread out.

We took our family of 12; 6 adults and 6 kids. Rafael’s house is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the pool, the movie room was a big hit as well as the game room. Every room had its own bathroom which was a big plus for us. It was our first time using a VRBO and we were not disappointed.

Family- friendly property with a great location to attractions. Host is easy to communicate with and the pool and sauna are a plus. The rooms are spacious and very cleverly decorated. Everything was super clean. Our only complaint was the few linens provided and the quality of soap (fell apart when tried to use). Make sure you take plenty of your own towels, trash bags, etc. Also, you cannot use the grill without a fee (65).

Good house convenient to the parks

This is a beautiful property in a great location. However, the bedding is highly perfumed with scented laundry detergent and the house had a suspicious smellOn the main level in the living room/kitchen area which made it very unpleasant to be anywhere but outside. Due to the smells and heavy detergent affecting asthma and allergies in an adult and child and being unable to sleep and having our health affected, we notified the host of the smell and let him know we would be checking out after one night. The host came over the next morning to investigate but I hadn’t seen my messages to know he was coming over. We paid a fee to secure the house for a Wednesday night so that we could do a 1pm check in on Thursday and we also paid for Friday. We paid for two days of pool heater. We checked out Friday morning. We didn’t stay the second night or use the pool heater but still paid all of it. it’s a beautiful place that can hold a lotOf people, but unfortunately it fellShort for us and we left more than disappointed and spent a lot of money to do so. I want to note that we travel all the time and stay in properties and hotels at the same price point as this house- because the host asked how I stay in hotels with their detergent- that is how heavily scented the bedding was…this was a first for us to experience this.

You don’t find out that the home is minimally stalked with typical household items until the day of so you must shop for even toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags as an example.There is a ‘gaming station’ but no actual system to connect to to play video games. I guess you need to travel with an Xbox or PlayStation??Also, we paid 90 for a 2 hour later check out but our host allowed the next booked guests to drop their luggage in the backyard and they just hung out and were in our space after we asked them to leave multiple times. My husband went to change clothes and 5 ppl were looking in the window!!I asked for a refund of the 90 but did not receive it. Very disappointed about that lack of hospitality to us regarding losing our privacy for the two hours we paid for.

My family and I stayed at Rafael’s home in Orlando and had a great experience. The house was beautiful, clean, and really comfortable for all of us. Rafael was easy to communicate with and very attentive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again.

Every bedroom gets a bathroom

We had an issue with the theater remote he came out right away to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Orlando! The house was very spacious and perfect for all of our guests. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely accommodating — quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

In town for girls weekend. PROS: Close to airport and restaurants. Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and TVs. Screened patio was nice and dry especially since it rained most of our visit. Movie theater was a treat.CONS: Beds too firm/hard. No washcloth in any of the 6 bathrooms. Minimal supplies provided. like 1 dishwasher pod for 7 guests staying 4 days, and 1 extra garbage bag. Instructions were not well communicated or defined on where to find pool towels, how to open pool gate, checkout requirements.House great for families with children. Not ideal for a large group of older adults.

This place was perfect. Only thing I didn’t like is if we were paying so much why do we have to pay extra just to use things like the grill?? Yes in hindsight it was in black and white but caught me off guard.

This house was amazing! What a fun time we all had. It’s a great location.

House appeared exactly as shown in pictures. Very nice! Overall...would go again. Would not pay extra for heat....so cold could not use. Breaker kept tripping and losing wifi and power in bedrooms.1 of the bedrooms was not cleaned. Toothpaste in sink and on faucet.Sheets in 1 bedroom had been washed but pee stained.Again. I would stay again just request the qbove things be taken care of

Rafael was a great host! Very responsive and the house was great for all the people we had. The neighborhood pool was very nice as well, and they have a small snack bar there with stuff for purchase. The neighborhood is tightly packed homes, and I only say that for parking purposes. There were many cars in the street, but honestly, if you dont bring a ton of vehicles, this shouldnt be a problem. We had an excellent stay and would recommend this rental. Oh, and the movie theater was a great touch! We ended up watching several movies and it was great to watch Football on as well!

The home is gorgeous and very accurate to the pictures. Clean and comfortable and very close to all the major attractions.

First the owner has great communication throughout the entire process, before, during and after. 5 star just for communication. The process to get in the gated community is miserable. It took over 30 minutes for security to get you in (long line, security has to repeat process everytime) The theater room was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable. Cleanliness - Was ok. Again host had very good communication but their was a roach problem in the kitchen area. 2nd floor game area heavy dust on the ceiling vent The location is great. Very close to everything. I would recommend
