    First, the description of the property should be changed to duplex or townhouse instead of a full house. It butts up to another rental and you can hear just about everything from your “neighbors”. When I book a house, I expect a full house. Second, upon booking, I immediately regretted it. It was one you can’t cancel, which was fine until I read the INSANE rental agreement that you are essentially forced to sign even if you don’t agree, or you just lose all of your money. You should have the option to cancel within a short time period if you don’t agree to the rental agreement. The duplex itself is small, but cute. You can tell the owner put a lot of money into the decor. The issues seem to be with the property management. It was mostly clean inside but there were crumbs left around in the kitchen area, not a huge deal. Lastly, we drove 6 hours, and of course needed to use the restroom when we showed up. ZERO toilet paper was provided. Not a single sheet anywhere in the residence. It’s fine that they are cheap about providing essentials (no paper towels, one towel per person for 3 nights, etc), but no TP…even just a few sheets until we could get to the store was unacceptable. I have never left a bad review and I’m sad to say it happens to be in the town my MIL owns a popular business where I have to write my first one. This property has the potential to be great spot with a few serious tweaks.
