Welcome home to our quiet north Boulder neighborhood, centrally located for great access to all Boulder has to offer (10 min to downtown, 7 to Dairy Arts Center, 40 to Eldora, Denver, and RMNP).

4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 6 beds total for the whole crew. Fully stocked kitchen, for those who cook. An island and barstools for those who don’t. Sunny living areas with mid-century touches, large deck & grill. Finished basement bonus room for kids to play. The basement also has apull out couch and desk. Fenced backyard has a play structure & is right on the bike path.

The space
With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, this home offers multiple environments for your stay. Enter to the living room and head upstairs to the airy kitchen / dining space. The kitchen has quartz counters, a central island, and everything needed to actually cook (because this is our home and not a typical rental).

The primary suite on the same floor of the living room is a retreat, vaulted ceilings, en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and a spa-style glass shower.

Down a half staircase from the living room you come to two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two twins) and a full bathroom between the two.

The basement includes the fourth bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Additionally in the basement you have a bonus living room/playroom with a pullout couch, toys, and a desk for flexible work.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full house except an owners closest, cleaning closet, and the furnace room. Guests will not have access to the garage.
