Indoor Basketball Court, Movie Theatre & Rooftop-Private 3rd floor Penthouse!

For thousands of dollars, we expected a much much nicer and cleaner place. The place is not finished, very worn, had cobwebs in the kitchen, couches smelled like vomit, pillows and comforters were stained, only two keys fobs provided for numerous guests, stains on carpets, stains on futons, steps inside and out were questionably safe, short, squeaky, or presented a trip hazard. This place has lots of potential but much need of improvement.

This was a really unique property that met our needs perfectly. We stayed here for Ironman weekend and the location was perfect for the event.

Stayed here with a wrestling team and it was great! Tons of amenities and lots of fun for the kids. The rooftop deck had great views and very nice! Very well stocked kitchen and great cook stops for cooking for a crowd! Also when given the wrong code to get access the host reached out within minutes of sending a message! Sharon was prompt and got us taken care of. Best communication I’ve seen from a property manager/host.

We had our extended family gather for a wedding, and held a dinner in the space for everyone the evening before. It was wonderful! The space gave us room to spread out; the kitchen allows us to fix food for 40 folks; and the lack of elevator provided a great workout ;-). Honestly, we didn't mind the stairs, and overall had a great time!

We recently stayed at this VRBO rental and had a wonderful experience! The spacious layout of the house provided ample room for our group, and the variety of amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable. The living room area has several couches that provide a great area to spend time together as well as the extra long dining tables that fit our whole family. The kitchen is wonderful for anyone who enjoys cooking. With its array of appliances, including several coffee makers, bowls, serving trays, many pots and pans, we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The living areas were equally impressive, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep for everyone. Highlights of our stay included the rooftop patio which offered a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings, with stunning views and a relaxed ambiance, and the gym which was a great place for dance parties and letting the kids play. While the property could benefit from a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience. One of the grills in the kitchen needed attention and the host responded to my message immediately and remedied the situation quickly. The generous space and varied amenities made this rental a standout choice for our vacation. We would recommend it to others looking for a spacious and well-equipped getaway!

This is probably the most unique short term rental we’ve ever stayed in. The location is incredible. The basketball gym, upscale kitchen, roof top decks and all the bed and bathrooms were clean in great shape. There are so many nooks in this place that you can spread out as much as you want or it’s big enough to all be together. There is plenty to do in town and you can take shuttles to the outer islands easily or hit up cedar point. Can’t recommend this place enough!

What a great property for 5 couples to stay in! Great location to local pubs and music on the pier. Easy access to Jet Express to Put in Bay. Family room fit all 10 of us to sit and have coffee together. Fun rooftop for sunset and view of the lake. 5th bedroom was small but worked for our group. Clean and comfortable. Guys loved having a basketball court! Huge kitchen!

A lot of stuff to do in this place, really cool spot to stay. Perfect location in the heart of downtown. The property manager was very friendly and attentive to fix and issues we had.

We stay in a lot of vacation homes, and this one was our favorites by far. TONS of space so we could be together if we wanted to or find a quiet corner to relax in. The decor was absolutely gorgeous throughout the house. Very nice touches. The basketball court, air hockey and pool tables were a huge hit. The kitchen is well equipped and enormous. We loved the huge dining table. Roof top deck was phenomenal and we enjoyed the fire table to keep us cozy when the sun dipped. Everywhere we went was walkable - shopping, bars, restaurants and the perfect park to watch the eclipse. All excellent perks that we thoroughly enjoyed. 4 instead of 5 stars for a couple reasons, that did not in any way detract from our fantastic experience, but made it slightly less than perfect. The theater seating and giant screen would have been a lot of fun, but the projector is so dated it's basically unusable. Secondly, the listing says it sleeps 25, which it probably does. It would work great for groups of friends or a few large immediate families with lots of kids, but not for more than 5 couples who want their own room (ex - the master bedroom has a lovely king bed and also 4 bunk beds - that are cute! But we didn't want other people in our room). There are rooms with doors for 4 couples + a loft. The rest of the sleeping space is bunk beds or futons in shared rooms. We would definitely stay here again!!
