The home sleeps 10 guests across 5 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has a king bed. The second full bathroom features an oversized vanity and shower/tub combo.



The living room has plush leather seating and a smart TV with streaming access. Two dining areas provide seating for 6 and 4 guests. The modern kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a full suite of cookware. A breakfast bar with counter stools gives you a spot to chat with the cook.



The backyard centers around a private inground pool surrounded by multiple lounge areas, hammocks, and a shaded patio for escaping the afternoon sun. A poolside palapa with tabletop fireplace sets the scene for warm evenings outdoors. An outdoor dining table seats 8 for al fresco meals. The home sits close to the Empire Polo Club, where Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals take place each year. Joshua Tree National Park is a 30-minute drive north, offering hiking trails and iconic desert landscapes. Palm Springs downtown is about 20 minutes west, where you'll find the Palm Springs Art Museum, Uptown Design District boutiques, and restaurants along Palm Canyon Drive. The area is known for championship golf courses including PGA West and Indian Wells Golf Resort, both within a 15-minute drive. Shields Date Garden and the Coachella Valley History Museum are local stops worth exploring.



Getting Around:

The home is located off Highway 111 in central Indio. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 25 minutes west via I-10 and Highway 111. Joshua Tree National Park entrance is 30 minutes north on Highway 111. Downtown Palm Springs is 20 minutes west. La Quinta and Indian Wells are 10 to 15 minutes southeast. Los Angeles is roughly a 2.5-hour drive west on I-10.

Pets welcome! 2 dogs maximum, small to medium breed 50 lbs or less. Flat fee of $150 per pet. Message us after booking to add to your reservation and avoid fines. Please keep pets on a leash and pick up after them.

• Pool Heating: Available October through May for $100 per day. Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival and paid before check-in. Cold fronts during winter months may affect heating effectiveness.
