Stayed Mar 8, 2026We did not use the pool. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was great--especially the large island for food prep and dining. There was a strap on the oven preventing its use but we used the air fryer instead for warming food. The BBQ worked perfectly. Overall a great experience and we would come here again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025This was a great house for our extended family of 8. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths allowed everyone a comfortable sleep. Open concept kitchen/living room was great gathering space.Only problem was using the pool and spa. We paid extra 100/day to heat pool but had to text property management to turn it on, since all controls are remote. Spa never heated up, though jets were nice.

Stayed Jan 2, 2024We had a very nice visit at this property. It is fairly new, with comfortable beds and a wide open kitchen layout. Pillows are very soft so if you prefer a firm pillow, you might want to bring your own. We cooked here, and found almost everything we needed, including a better selection of pots and pans than usually found at rentals. Note: there is enough seating for about 10 people on the living area sofas but only for about 6-7 at the dining room table. If you have more people than that, they can split and sit at the stools on the kitchen island or on the sofas/loungers. There are a lot of rules, but following them wasn't difficult. The host was communicative and friendly. We stayed in January and the house was decorated from top to bottom with Christmas decor, including a (slightly creepy) talking life-sized Santa. If you do not celebrate, it could be awkward during the season. Check in was extremely simple and the gated community and property was very easy to enter. Hope this is helpful.
