Stayed Jan 21, 2026The host was very welcoming and supplied valuable information before we arrived. There was additional there when we arrived. The house was well supplied and everything was clearly marked. The house was well furnished and very clean, which we really appreciated. We would stay there again.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025It was a nice spot. Plenty of space and the giant couch was a great place to hang out with friends. Nice patio, and very easy check in. One bummer is that the town has nothing, so not the place to go if you plan on eating out, unless you want to drive back to Palm Springs area, also it is a drive to the pool/hot tub. But we really enjoyed the hot tub and it was never crowded.

Stayed Jan 21, 2025This house is just OK. The check in process was confusing as there are 2 entrances and of course we went to the wrong one and had to back out of the gate. On the 4th day of our 7 day stay we were given a pass to scan at the main gate. The keyless entry to the house worked well.The furniture is dated especially the dining room seating bench and chairs and outdoor furniture. And for you private bathroom people there is no door on the bathroom in the main bedroom. It is clear in the pictures but I didn't notice it. The beds were comfortable.The kitchen is nice but doesn't have any wine glasses and only cutlery for 4 although this is a 3 BR house. There are lots of towels, sheets and blankets and it has a good fridge and stove and coffee maker.We requested a late check out and it is 25 per hour

Stayed Jan 3, 2025We stayed at this same house 2 yrs ago for the dog show. Great location in a safe gated community, nice large house w/garage access. Fully fenced yard facing the golf course. Biggest concern were the many spiny cactus in the back yard, which could take out a small child or pet's eye in a heartbeat. Minor things could use attention such as: burned out light bulbs, curled up area rugs (trip hazard), dead plants in yard, pond was empty this time (no water flow), frig needs new water filter and only 2 wine glasses provided.

Stayed Feb 20, 2024The house was wonderful; property manager was awesome, great house and the location was exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay again and refer it to my friends. If we are in the area I would want to stay in the same gated area.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023Very will situated home in Indio with nice open living/dining kitchen for family activity. Nice amenities outside and a garage for 2 cars. Kitchen is pretty well stocked, but bring your own utensils if you are going to cook or have wine (no potato masher, corkscrew, beaters...) Plenty of bedding and the living room couch is very comfortable for socializing. Cable, internet... all great. I never received a response from my inquiry as to how well the kitchen was stocked so I brought my own items for my needs and it was good that I did.
