Incredible Views! Spacious 4br/4.5ba waterfront home including private dock!

Spacious property with lots of amenities and close to the Public Beach Access

Overall we enjoyed the house, the location and sound access is perfect if you enjoy kayaking/paddleboarding and/or fishing. Pier is awesome. Overall house is very spacious and outside shower and decks are a plus. The issue with the house were with AC and very dated kitchen/bathrooms. Still looks original and both are I’m need of a major update. Took multiple calls but AC guy was able to fix the upstairs, was 80 when we got there. Only other issue was multiple spiders webs and a wasp nest on the front railing that we had to take care of with kids. You are def paying for sound access and views.

Positives: Location is great, toys are a plus, bathroom (even though some need updates) in each bedroom was super convenient Negatives: The biggest disappointment about this property is the temperature - it was so warm upstairs and downstairs which impacted our sleep and our overall experience. We ended up checking out a day early. Additionally, communication with Seascape was not ideal. It appeared that the cleaning has been complete a few hours before our 4:00 check-in so I called the property management company and asked to be notified, which they never did. Overall this is a nice property, however uncertain if we would stay here again based on the feedback above.

Great location, just across the street from parking lot 3 and down the street from Shell Island Resort. Beautiful views and marsh access. Everything you could need for a beach vacation, bikes, beach equipment, SUP, and a single kayak for the marsh. During high tide, you can make it to Figure Eight Island. Fun ping pong table. The house is slightly dated but not bad at all. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The deck needs a cleaning and the master shower heads need to be replaced. Lots of outdoor seating though some of it was rotten. Brand new gas grill. Best birthday weekend I could have asked for.

Had a great experience at the property for a 3 day business retreat. Only hitches— door code did not work at check in, there was a large pile of old dog turds by the front porch door, and the stairway carpets were fairly stained. None of these things held back the overall experience. But I recommend management should do better in these categories in the future. Would rent it again for sure, especially if there is a turd free guarantee.

Pros: Amazing Bikes Great dock - we brought paddle boards Back porch and view amazing Spacious bedrooms Large garage Beach carts Ping pong table with pongs and paddles Water pressure Internet Printer Had almost enough paper products for the week. Nice to have all cleaning stuff for clothes and dishes. Nice to have a water filter in the sink - buying water is tedious. Small Fridge in the garage Outdoor shower Cons: The dishwasher does not work! We had to wash dishes daily. The disposal barely works. The temperature seems to be locked. It was hot downstairs and cold upstairs and it cannot be modified. Drain in upstairs non master sink is broken Kitchen tools are minimal. We had to get tools and put the master bed together. The bed still is a little unstable. The air conditioner sounds like a monster when it goes on and off. Beds linens and towels are ok but I think it would be cleaner with a service. There are no beach towels even though the listing says there are and they are shown in the picture. Beach access is a short walk but not right across the street.
