Incredible Oceanfront Home with Pool and Hot Tub - Amazing Views ~ Boardwalk

We thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting Amelia Island. This home was perfect for our multi-generational family. It was very clean, well stocked, and organized. I appreciate a home that doesn’t have anything on surfaces that isn’t necessary and this home was like that. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t need. The chairs and toys in the garage were a total bonus. The pics and description were accurate. The view is amazing. My FIL who has knee and hip pain had a hard time with the stairs and walk to the beach but everyone else navigated it just fine. We rode bikes daily and biked all the way north and all the way south and found that convenient to do from this house. I also liked the ample driveway space. Amy, the house manager, was very responsive and accommodating when we needed. Highly recommend this rental.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! Our family has been coming to Amelia for 40 years and have stayed just about everywhere — this is truly one of the best. The house itself is incredible, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to booking our trip for next year!

This home is great - lay out, furniture, cleanliness. Very well stocked with cooking tools, pots, bowls, etc. Best appointed VRBO I have stayed in. Beds very comfortable. Great family room and kitchen combo for great family time. We cooked home on the grill a few times and had several late nights around the dining table. The beach is very private and never crowded. Amelia Island is a great family vacation spot and this place was a home run !!! Highly recommend.

Best beach house we have ever rented! Convenience and the fully stocked home were unmatched. The ease of having our own walkway plus everything that was supplied for our use was absolutely incredible. We loved not having to pack beach chairs or coolers. Also, the kitchen stock is top notch. We cooked in a couple of nights, and we had everything we needed. We had 6 total people (3 adults, 2 pre-teens, and 1 child) and we had more than enough space. The only thing we couldn't figure out were the Sonos speakers, we would have loved to watch a movie with them! Amelia Island is one of our favorite beach spots, and we will definitely rent this house again in the future!

We loved how accommodating this house was! You can never go wrong with a beach front house. As well as several options for sleeping arrangements! We hope to be back for more friend trips! (This was our combined bachelor and bachelorette trip! My fiancé and his sister are FROM Amelia island so it was a trip down memory lane for them)

Beautiful house, well kept, good access to a fantastic beach! Also, the location was good for getting into town. We found everything comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. The only confusion we had was that the thermostat kept resetting itself to 68 or 69 and we didn’t know how to change the schedule. So occasionally we just had to change it to 73 when we got too cold. Thank you for an excellent experience both in the house and with booking and checking in and checking out!

This house was a perfect fit for our family! The views were amazing and the home beautiful and spacious! We absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Island house. We were 7 adults and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean.

This is the 3rd time we stay at this property and, as always, we had a fun and wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. Amy, the property manager, is very helpful and prompt to all our needs. Looking to coming back again.

Property was as advertised. Loved the huge dining table that served our whole family at dinner and the breakfast nook which was great for small gatherings. Beach toys provided saved us a trip to target. Five stars.

Love how we can come and go to the beach as we please. No need for all the packing and unpacking of chairs, coolers, or toys. When we are hungry or tired we just head up to the house for a break. Made all our meals there and enjoyed looking at the ocean. Enjoyed a well stocked kitchen. Had many sunrise walks and evening walks. Booked for next year!!

We arrived, beds were already made, kitchen was already organized, unpacked and went out to Sliders down S. Fletcher. Monday was spent riding on CAT boats to Cumberland Island - what a blast! Ben was a fantastic leader. Then, to the beautiful easily accessible beach via the board walk. Beach chairs were provided in the rental and had zipper pockets to store suntan lotion, phones, drinks, and books. Each day we spent time riding the waves, walking and relaxing on the beach. Gas and charcoal grills were used to cook burgers for dinner followed by games provided by the rental. After fishing with D & R Charters (Dave), the Salty Pelican cooked our catch - delicious! Driving to activities was simple due to the rental location. There are many walking and bicycle trails throughout the island with parking. Finally, the Ghost Tour was not an experience to miss. Laura from the History Museum took our group on a story filled tour of Fernadina. We will be returning!
