Incredible bayfront home with private dock, pool & 2 fireplaces

Property was large and spacious.

This is the second time that we have rented this Baybreeze for a family vacation. It comfortably accommodated 24 family members with adequate space to gather and places where we could still have privacy to read or just enjoy the view away from the noise. The house has recently been improved with a remodeled kitchen and the bathrooms and flooring have been upgraded. Beds are comfortable and HVAC works great. The interior was beautiful and striking as we first entered the home. It was nice last time we were here but was another level up this time. So bright and cheerful. The location is great. Decks face the bay on the east side and provide a really enjoyable view of peaceful water and various birds and animals in the morning. There is a dock for those who like to fish. The dock has recently been worked on and is quite steady. There is no ladder. Our younger family members are really into animals and enjoyed finding turtles, frogs, and other fauna around the bay. The beach is only a two block walk from the house. We would load a pickup with the beach canopies and toys and drop them off at the nice access at the end of Sea Scape Road and either park the truck or bring it back to the house and walk back to the beach. Sandbridge Beach is large and clean. There is no lifeguard at the Sea Scape area, but there are guards a couple miles north or a about a mile south. When weary of the beach, there is a nice clean swimming pool available at the house and an outside shower on the lower deck to wash sand off before entering. When needed for a plumbing issue, Vacasa was responsive via a local realty during normal business hours and was quite responsive. No interruption to our vacation. Grandkids are already asking to go back to that house. I'm sure we will be back to Baybreeze.

First family vacation in years! 13 Adults and a wonderful time was had by all! This home was the perfect accommodation for a group this size. We are already discussing when we will return!

We brought 22 adults to Bay Breeze this summer and had a fantastic time. Location is fantastic. Easy walk to the beach, the pier and the Baja restaurant. House was clean! This was so pleasant since we stayed at Siebert Realty and Sandbridge Realty homes in the past and they were multiple problems and dirty. With NO online reviews with the realty firms you go in blind. We were fed up and jumped ship for VRBO. Bay Breeze was in GREAT SHAPE! Pool has zero shade. We brought 3- 8x8 pop up tents to create shade. Kitchen is well supplied with equipment. Great parking, great outdoor seating on porches. We brought extra chairs for around the pool. Wish they would have given extra towels - but there are 2 washers & 2 dryers so it was easy to do laundry. Property manager was easy to communicate with - quick responses to questions during our stay. We had 1 issue with a dirty shower curtain - and it was replaced the next day. We have stayed at about 10 different homes on the island over the years and family said this was a favorite.

We had three generations here for a week and I would definitely come back. 24 of us had plenty of space. Easy access to the beach (5 min flat walk by road), Beautiful swimming pool, in the bay for kayaking and paddle boarding meant there was something for everyone. The best feature of this house is the extensive decks with Adirondack chairs on two levels. Some overlook the bay in the pool so even those who wanted to stay in the shade could watch the activity in the pool. The Virginia Beach boardwalk is about 30 minutes away and we went there a couple nights but mostly chose the quieter Sandbridge. When we had one issue with one of the showers maintenance was very prompt in responding. I’ve been planning these family reunion trips for 10 years and I don’t think you can go wrong with this house.

We've stayed in this house for several years now and love the location, the space, and the amenities. It truly is a home away from home with something to offer everyone. Just wish Vacasa never stepped in, they are the WORST!

We had a number of issues with the house when we arrived. Vacasa (and the owner) jumped into action and helped to get things right. This was greatly appreciated by our large group of family coming from around the globe.

This house was very beautiful. The reason for 4 stars is only because a few areas should have been cleaned.. power wash outside including windows, and spindles to eliminate spider webs and enjoy the views better, clean bugs off walls, repair 2 fire places and fridge shelving.

Perfect getaway for the family! We loved the home and the sunsets in the backyard over the bay. This is the perfect home for multiple families with children of all ages. Beautiful theatre and game room. Easy access to the beach and to the bay. Beautifully furnished home and stocked kitchen. Multiple dishwashers, two washers, two dryers, and two grills. Large full size fridge and freezer. Ice machine and two coffee machines. Perfect home for a large family reunion or small group or small church retreat. We highly recommend this home and hope to return again for future vacations.

Size of house and number of bathrooms was good, some things needed to be fixed but repairman showed up quickly and was very responsive and nice
