Incommunicado New Build! Solar/Gen, 35 Boat Slip, Pool, Gym. Hope Town Bahamas

This was such a special home for our family vacation. Gorgeous views, pristine condition and extremely well stocked with all the essentials of home and more. The pool was delightful and the gym was a huge bonus for us all. The host was a great communicator and set us up with a local concierge that helped to make our week even more special. Can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Incommunicado! The house is absolutely beautiful—elegantly furnished, spotless, and maintained in excellent condition. The view is truly unbeatable—waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and function. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked, which made everything easy and convenient during our stay. We also loved having access to the gym—such a nice bonus!Another huge plus was the location—Incommunicado is just a short walk or golf cart ride from SeaSpray Marina, which made boating and exploring super convenient.Gretchen (the owner) and Joanne (the property manager) were both fantastic—responsive, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Their excellent communication made everything seamless from start to finish.We can’t recommend Incommunicado highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Fishing for a week out of SeaSpray Marina. This is the perfect house. Spotless, everything is nice and new, amazing views, 2 min to the marina. Joanne and staff were awesome and made everything seamless and fun!

Great home! Very clean with everything you need. The host were very responsive to all needs. Location to beach and town were great! Convenience to boat slip (30 second cart ride) that comes with house is great. Views from the porch are second to none on the island. Can see bay, Atlantic and sound from porch! Thanks for sharing your home with our family!

This Elbow Cay home location is pure perfection! Spend time at Aunt Pat's Bay private beach or head for fun at Tahiti Beach! Want some exercise - beautiful scenic walks or work out in the amazing gym! Golf cart into Hope Town, or take short walk to Sea Spray Marina and the Abaco Inn for food and delicious drinks! Or just hang on the deck and in the pool for a stunning view that NEVER gets old!!! We didn't want our week to end - LOVE this place and you will too!!!

Everything about the home is wonderful!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The views are stunning from all sides of the house. The kitchen has everything you could think of. It was great to have our own pool and the workout room was a great bonus too. Joanne the house manager took care of anything we needed.

This house is amazing in every way possible. Right when we pulled up, the first impression was the landscaping – just beautiful. We loved having two master suites with very comfortable beds and great linens and towels. The bathrooms are huge! Breathtaking views of the Sea of Abaco, White Sound, and the Atlantic.The sunrises and sunsets are SPECTACULAR! We spent most of our time lounging on the back deck. We had high expectations and I have to say, they were exceeded. This home is top notch inside and out! Bonus having washer and dryer and we never had the power go off due to this house being off the grid. Its seriously high tech. The gym was an unexpected bonus that we used daily. Having a Pilates reformer was awesome. The home had great, fast WIFI and we were able to stream our shows in the evenings with ease. We never had to buy ice for our coolers or water with the water being filtered. Being able to see our boat from the deck was very convenient. The owners are incredibly nice and responded quickly to our questions. Will absolutely be back!
