Incline Heights Haven - St Elmo District, Chattanooga

Although the property is cosmetically nice and appears to be fairly new, it is infested with cockroaches to the point that they were waking my wife up crawling on her in her sleep. We noticed them immediately when my daughter left a bowl of candy in the kitchen for about 15 minutes and three had gotten into the bowl within that time. Apart from that, the parking is very inconvenient unless you enjoy hiking up a steep hill for 300+ ft every time you need your vehicle. Good luck in the rain. Even though the neighbors park in front of their houses on the street, and there is plenty of room in front of this property, it is forbidden by the owner for some reason. Houses are built nearly on top of each other in this neighborhood also. Be advised that even though you will pay a substantial cleaning fee, you are also expected to do most of the cleaning. Originally, I was not even going to write a review until I asked the owners to mail me a five dollar souvenir magnet we left on the fridge. They wanted to charge me a fee along with an hours wages to “their team”.

My husband and two boys (2 years and 10 months old) stayed here for a weekend in Chattanooga. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, not to mention wonderfully decorated. The location was fantastic, walking distance to St. Elmo district and there was lots to do around the home. When we weren’t out exploring, the home was a wonderful place to rest and recharge. Our next trip to Chattanooga will include this home if it’s available!

We stayed for a quick weekend getaway. The house was excellent—just what we were looking for! It was colorful, creative, and comfortable. Plenty of space and very easy check in process. We will certainly stay here again if we are in the area.

The online pictures do not do this house justice! It was so cute inside and perfect for our girls weekend. Close to many great restaurants and shopping, but we loved the house so much we mostly stayed in. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had SUCH a lovely stay at this darling property! Everything was thought of and considered - including a well-tooled kitchen complete with super large coffee mugs, local menus, ease of access, comfortable furnishings, etc. Check-in was incredibly easy, and all directions were very helpful. The decor was really cheerful and fun to boot! We had a great time hiking, relaxing, and exploring Chattanooga!

I took my daughter and her friend to Chattanooga for a quick getaway and am so happy we found this house! It is located within minutes to all the attractions (aquarium, iMax, rock city, ruby falls, raccoon caverns, incline railway, etc) and is so much nicer than staying downtown in hotel. We all had room to spread out and the house looks like it is straight off HGTV. Fun, eclectic decor the house was very clean and well appointed.
