We had a great family weekend here! We loved how close it was to downtown- we walked all over, and also so close to Cranmore for skiiing. Easy check in and communication with management. We will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The location is absolutely perfect. You can easily walk to the downtown area for restaurants and shops. The drive to Settler’s Green was quick as well. The house had ample space and supplies for our family gathering. All communication with the host was clear, quick, and friendly.

Well located home right in the heart of North Conway. This home was great for our multi generational family getaway. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather or have space to spread out. Great outdoor amenities and well stocked kitchen appliances and accessories. We couldn’t figure out if the ice machine in the fridge was set up so we were glad we brought our own ice. There are a lot of stairs which were a bit steep. Luckily our kids are used to that living in an older home, but I could see it being a concern for some. The rules are a bit cumbersome but are communicated from the start. Just give yourself time in the morning as you have to do laundry and drop off trash down the street before you depart. Overall a great property that was perfect for our short stay.

We had a wonderful time. The house was just amazing for a girl shopping trip. Walking distance to downtown North Conway (2 minutes). Lots of bedrooms and gathering places to sit, cat and unwind.I would highly recommend this property.

Great house with a lot of character

We had a fantastic time. The house is great, the kids loved playing hide and seek all over. The location is perfect and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely want to come back!

We stayed here with 3 families and the location was great—close to everything we wanted to do. The house itself was a very good size, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably without feeling crowded.That said, we did run into some issues during our stay. When we arrived, the grill was very dirty (mice droppings) and inside the kitchen we discovered ants and more mice droppings in the cupboards and on the counters. This meant we had to rewash all of the dishes and cookware before using anything, and eventually we bought paper plates and plastic cutlery since we kept finding more droppings each day. The trash situation was also inconvenient, but communicated in the listing as it had to be walked or driven a street over. Since we were doing extra cleaning we had more trash.We did reach out to the owner, who responded quickly and offered to send cleaners the next day. By that point, however, we had already cleaned ourselves. When we sent photos of the dropping the next day he initially suggested they were coffee grinds, but when we continued to find more, he did offer to bring traps if we wanted. Unfortunately, with our short stay, that solution would have caused more disruption than help. We were also disappointed in the reaction, he did not seem to believe us and wanted us to make the call vs owning the issue.Overall, the space and location worked well for our group, but the cleanliness and pest issues were a big drawback that affected our stay.

Our family had a great time staying at this property. There was plenty of room for 9 of us and the location of property is perfect. Communication with the owners was great. The only thing we didn't like was having to take all the sheets and towels down to the basement and start the laundry. The basement ceiling is very low and for renters like us that have back and knee issues it made it very difficult to go down those stairs with no railing. Overall we had a great time staying at the property. Our pup loved playing in the fenced yard.

Location is great and the house and yard are very accommodating for larger groups. Looking forward to going back next year.

We had a girls weekend in town, and this house was absolute perfection. Plenty of space and rooms. Sounds do not carry far, so 1 group was reading another was 2 rooms away chatting and laughing and we could barely hear them, which was great for those of us who liked to stay up late chatting to know we would not disturb those who go to bed earlier. Walking distance from fun shops and restaurants, and under 15 mins driving to two different mountains.

Our whole group loved this house. The easy walk into North Conway was a highlight. We also enjoyed the size of the bedrooms. We would one hundred percent book this house again. Thank you!

This house was just perfect! Very clean and cozy … old farmhouse meets updated amenities. So much room for us to all spread out. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. My adult-ish children and their friends were able to play games and cards and enjoyed the local scene. Close proximity to zebs and Cranmore, and shopping and restaurants. The house was well stocked with almost everything you could need - just add food, family and friends. Hosts were available but not hovering - helpful and just a message away when I had questions. Will definitely be renting again! Thank you NH MT Rentals!!!

Spacious enough for a multigenerational family so that we could be together whenever we wanted, but could also have space. Young adults could go out on their own to nearby places because of the location. Some skied, some sledded some shopped. The hot tub was a plus for the kids. The house had a lot of charm and character, and yet the modern amenities.

Our family had a lovely Christmas in this home. The house is lovely and extremely roomy. The accommodations are great for large groups. It is an older home with tons of charm and modern upgrades -- the best of both worlds. The location is mint because it is close to the ski mountain and a walk to downtown. This property is located perfectly! Many restaurants and shops are walkable. House accommodates a large group nicely, is very clean, beds are comfy.

Great hot tub, fire pit, backyard, plenty of outdoor seating. We could have used more bath towels for sure. 3rd floor bedroom with 2 twins is only one usable bed (other one too short and on a board). 3rd floor stairs are steep. Great for children, a little tough for older women especially because there isn't a bathroom on that floor. To make it more challenging the light bulbs were out on stairs. 2nd floor toilet was running all weekend. We tried to fix it, but it needs serious help. Kitchen well equipped. Living room areas are large and very comfy! It would be nice to have a bigger fridge in the Bar area. All in all a very nice house in a great location. It just needs a little TLC.
