"Sweet and beautifully decorated, super clean and great walking distance to town. Catherine and Ed were super hosts. Highly recommend if visiting the area!"
"Beautiful casita with a very thoughtful design! You will look forward to relaxing here after a long day of exploring the area. Mancos is a very cute town and the location is convenient for day trips to Mesa Verde, Telluride, Durango, Pagosa Spring etc... Catherine and Ed are very nice, you can tell that they have put a lot of time and energy into creating a relaxing and private space for their guests. Don't forget to spend an evening at the Fenceline Cidery and have breakfast at the Absolute Bakery & Café, both are walking distance from the Casita."
"This Casita is by far the best we have ever stayed in. Everything in the casita is of the highest quality and Catherine and Ed are excellent hosts. We wanted for nothing. Communication was prompt, check-in and check-out a breeze (truth be told, even after five days, we weren't certain that we wanted to check out), and the grounds were superbly landscaped, perfect for evening relaxation. The casita is so well designed that the use of the windows and shades to trap the night cool air for the next day left us perfectly comfortable during this unseasonable hot weather. No worries there. We will always look to Catherine & Ed's place first when planning our trips to SW Colorado. If you're reading this review, book the Casita. You'll love it."

This casita will knock your socks off when you open that front door. It is well designed and very inviting. It has a stocked kitchen. We cooked every dinner of our stay and the kitchen had every pan and utensil we needed. WiFi was good and reliable. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. There is tons of storage for your stuff included suitcases in the huge bedroom closet. We also used the pull out couch and it too was comfortable. The bedding was soft and went a long way to give you a good nights sleep. The towels and other bath items were sparkling white and soft to the touch. The washer and dryer did a good job on the one load we did of jeans and t-shirts. There is a front porch where you can sit and watch the world go by. One of the huge bonuses of this place is its location. Only a few miles from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. Durango is just 28 miles to the east with the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge train and one of the most beautiful rides in the US, the Million Dollar Highway (US 550). Even though Mancos is a small town it packs a lot into that tiny package. Downtown Mancos is a short distance and worth a visit. There is a well stocked grocery store and multiple good restaurants. The hosts Cathy and Ed were the best. They made sure we had everything we needed. Their communication is top notch. If you're considering this place, go for it, you won't regret it.
