Stayed Sep 10, 2025Lovely property lots of space both inside and out, located in a very nice town with easy access to local amenities and visiting many areas in Maine. Erin & Patrick were easy to deal with and provided lots of good information and ideas, we had no issues at all at the house, the welcome gift was a very nice gesture. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025We had a wonderful week here! The location is perfect for walking downtown and it is only a short drive to the beach. Everyone loved the outdoor shower and the outdoor seating area. We were all very comfortable. The owners responded to our queries promptly and very kindly allowed a family member to stay over with his dog our last night.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Thanks to Patrick and Erin for a great stay in Kennebunk. The house was clean, well stocked, and their communication was impeccable. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown Kennebunk and the house suited the needs of our 4 person family + dog very well. They so kindly gave us a gift certificated to a cafe down the street where I had the best blueberry pie of my life!

Stayed Nov 22, 2023We enjoyed such a relaxed, comfortable and easy Thanksgiving stay at “Seas the Day” - a quintessential New England home. The house is fully stocked and conveniently located, walkable to a variety of dining options, shops and a short drive to beautiful beaches and charming Kennebunkport. Host communication was excellent, accommodating and welcoming. We all agreed that this may have been all four of our best experience to date - a really lovely area and home! Thank you for sharing.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023We had such a lovely time at Erin and Pat’s home. The pictures do not do their home enough justice. The owners went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and their home was in such incredible welcoming cozy condition for us. Also they are walking distance from Kennebunk, which made for lovely walks in the morning to get coffee or after dinner ice cream. The neighborhood is just like one would envision Kennebunk to be. We would definitely love to stay here again.
