In the Heart of Dewey Beach - just a short walk to the beach

Great location, great deck to enjoy rainy and sunny days.

What's not to love! You can walk everywhere which was ideal for the adults and teens in our family. It was great to be able to sleep in and walk across the street to the beach rather than get up at dawn to wrangle a parking spot. Loved being able to hear the great bands at the Bottle n Cork from the screened in porch without fighting the crowd. Tim was more than responsive. He gave us a heads up on local events and the house was fully stocked. All we needed was ourselves. Would definitely come back again. Our only suggestion would be a room darkening curtain in the upstairs room with the deck. Otherwise, very comfortable unit and fabulous location. Thanks, Tim!

The house is very nice and cute. It was a great location to the beach and the bay and things to do around Dewey. We had a blast this past week. Would recommend to anyone!!

This property is a perfect if you're young and enjoy the beach nightlife and not sleeping. As the description says, it really is in the heart of Dewey's nightlife scene and just a short walk to the beach. We had 2 small kids and 1 baby during our stay here, however, and the live music from Bottle & Cork that goes until midnight made for a few rough nights. But the property itself is clean and the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. Tim was a great help and so responsive to any questions we had! Can't say enough good things about him.

My friends and I stayed here this past week and had the best time! Very spacious and plenty of room for the 8 of us without feeling cramped. The condo is clean, well stocked, and easily accessible to the beach and every hot spot in Dewey. Tim was very easy to get in contact with and so helpful with any questions we had. 10/10! Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was just what we needed. A short walk to the beach, bay or anything else. The two bedrooms upstairs we used for the adults and the five kids (four teenagers and one pre-teen) had the entire downstairs for themselves. It worked out great. We weren't worried about letting the kids run out for food or Rita's, it's a really nice area. We practically lived on the screened in porch and the electronic door lock was handy with eight people. I've never rented on this site before and I found it really easy. Thanks for everything Tim.

This townhouse was very spacious and conveniently located to everything you need in Dewey. The screened in porch out front was awesome for just relaxing with friends after a day at the beach or dinner. The fact that you can park 3 cars makes having people visit with you so much easier since parking in Dewey can sometimes be a little bit of a hassle. This place has all of the amenities that you need and was very clean. Tim was awesome to deal with and very helpful. The electronic lock on the door was a big bonus and makes coming and going as needed very easy. We are strongly considering renting this place again next year!

We were very pleased with our 6 night stay in this townhouse. Excellent location - there is no better location in Dewey Beach - right in the middle of everything. Stones throw from great restaurants and nightlife and the beach is a short walk. The unit had new appliances and new comcast HD TV (in living room and master bedroom). We appreciated the extra HDMI cord already hooked up so we could use our Apple TV. We also liked the fact that it came with sheets and towels - nice not to have to think about that. One of the best features is the screened in porch on the main level, great extra space to enjoy with a table and other seating. It was nice to have the 3 parking spots too. The unit is an older unit and could use some more updating, but didn't bother us too much as the main reason for our trip was to get a sun tan and a few Dewey Devils!

This condo was excellent - very clean and the location was perfect. The condo is in the center of dewey beach, just blocks away from the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. On top of that, the owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. We would definitely rent this place again.
