I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: New house with nice decor. Perfect location to enjoy Dewey Beach restaurants, shops and beach. Roof top deck is a cool feature. Enough room for 2 adults and 3 little kids. We would definitely come back!

Stayed Sep 21, 2023From check in to check out, the team made the stay seamless. Communication leading up to our stay made arriving a breeze. We had a very minor issue that was immediately remedied and not the fault of the property manager. House was extremely clean and was large enough to host our entire party. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants + a short walk to the beach. Would come back to this property

Stayed Aug 14, 2023This rental worked great for our family. Five adults and 1 toddler that is almost 2 and there were enough bathrooms, it was within walking distance to the beach, and easy drive to Rehoboth for the boardwalk. It was quiet at night so our little one could rest easy. And the deck and rooftop deck were nice spaces to hang outside. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 10, 2023The location was convenient. The home was clean. My husband was a little frustrated with the television as it was only streaming entertainment. However, we spent more time on the beach and out and about so it was not a top priority. The outdoor decks were great for an after the beach happy hour.

Everything was great from the bedrooms and living space to the upper deck which was our nightly ritual(what a view). Location was perfect for walking to beach, restaurants and everything else. Stayed Jun 18, 2023The house was beautiful, spacious, rooftop deck was so nice at night! The location was prime, walking distant to everything Dewey has to offer. Loved everything about it and will definitely stay here again!
