Stayed Apr 9, 2026This house was a great base for our stay in SLO. While we had some minor issues, the owner was incredibly responsive in addressing them. The house is comfortable, has a lot of character, and in a nice neighborhood location. We were greeted with a great fruit platter and welcome sign, and the hot tub was put to good use. The only note is the white living room couch - care is needed with kids, beverages, food, etc.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We had a pleasant stay at the home, which offers plenty of rooms and a very nice backyard. It was convenient to be able to text the owner directly. She was very thoughtful and left a gift for our guests, which was extremely kind. Upon checkout, she messaged us about some spots on the white couches and a piece of furniture that had been moved from the living room to a bedroom. While we're not sure how the spots could have been caused by us, she assured us that they were covered under insurance, so there was no need to dispute it. We've never encountered this situation at any home we've stayed at before, and we travel often. This experience has made us aware of the importance of taking photos upon arrival.
