I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a lot of potential. While the linens and the kitchen countertops were clean, the floors needed to be washed. There was no sand or visible dirt, but our socks and feet were black after just a short time in the house. The property is promoted as 6 bedrooms - please note that two bedrooms have little to no window coverings. The third floor cannot effectively be used as a bedroom as a result. Also, many of the window coverings were broken or in very worn state. The location is amazing - so close to the beach or pool that you can pop home if you forgot something.

We have stayed at this property before and it is great! The location across from the park is great with kids and close walk to the beach access that has ramps so good for wagons and strollers. The property is in a quiet area that is well regulated for spring breakers that may be loud/unruly at night. The rental company was very responsive - had an internet issue and they resolved within a few hours of my text and fixed the problem. We hope to stay again!

My only complaint was that the outside furniture and sunroom furniture were a little worn and dirty so we didn’t use them. The condition of the courtyard was a little rough as well. I realize it was early in the season but it would have been nice to enjoy these spaces more. The rental complany was awesome and always quick to respond.

It is about 60 seconds to the closest Rosemary beach access (private) and 3-5 minutes from downtown Rosemary with shopping and dining. The home itself was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We used the home as a locals staycation for Christmas and will return.

The beds and linens were very comfortable. We loved all of the empty baskets we could use to help organize our things/ use for laundry. The walk to the beach and the coquina pool was much closer than you would expect based on the map. The area was much quieter than our previous stays a little closer to town. Overall it was great! The only thing to mention and it is by no means a criticism but information for others booking the house- the living space on the first floor is a little tight. There are a lot of other spaces in the home to spread out so it was not an issue but if you were hoping to have one room for everyone to hang out in it might feel crammed. I would also advise downloading the welcome information ahead of time! There is no cell service in Rosemary and we were unable to load the info link to get the wifi password so just be prepared. There was a very quick response time when texting the property manager for the wifi info --- but that was just hoping the text would go through without service! Maybe it would be worth printing that info and having it framed at the home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We will be back!
