Stayed Oct 13, 2022overall it was a very well managed property. the house was excellent iboth in size of all rooms and equipment. it was very clean and seemed well cared for. it would have been helpful to know that it is located in a student area, which was noisy at times. good for walking into falmouth centre. perhaps harder walking back up the hill. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed Aug 15, 2020Nicely presented internal areas, clean, good bathrooms and showers. Good kitchen facilities and clean simple bedrooms. Quite a few students in the area, some who occasionally like to party into the early morning, great location otherwise to the town centre.
