Stayed Jul 25, 2024The reason for lower ratings is the frustrating end to a descent stay. As requested we filled the dishwasher and started it before leaving. Within 30 mins we were smelling something terrible. It was so bad we were not sure it wasn’t a gas leak. Two adults opened the dishwasher and had toxic burns in there throats from breathing it in. In the end it was plastic cups. The only way to contact this owner was through VRBO and as soon as the time of your check out happens, you can no longer contact the owner. It was ridiculous. I spent hours texting VRBO and got nowhere. If you’re going to rent a place there should be at least an email that tells a contact number of real person. The negative: Even though your paying a pretty penny to stay here, they did not provide salt/pepper or seasonings. Also the house sleeps 30 but the counter depth refrigerator does not hold food for 30. Furthermore if you get cold good luck finding extra blankets. The Positive: Yes the house is stunning, the views are great.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Perfect house in a perfect location! Well stocked with everything you will need (and then some). The cupboards had space to tuck away all our belongings & food. Would love to return to this house again for another visit to Bear Lake.

Stayed Jul 27, 2022The location has beautiful views of Bear Lake. The area is quiet and peaceful. The house was amazing! The beds were comfy and the linens were soft and cozy. Loved the bathroom towels! They were luxurious. The location of the house is only about 10-15 minutes from the marina, so putting our boat in the water each day was easy. The house was supplied with more appliances and kitchen items than any we have stayed at. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are looking at a Bear Lake VRBO property.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022We absolutely enjoyed our stay and were very pleased by the layout of the house, all that it offered, the location and the activities in the area. You have to try the different raspberry shakes along the lake.
