Immaculate Condo in Narragansett with Water Views!

Overall, the stay was good, the location is close to the water and other fun activities. I wish there was a book with instructions for the property and checkout process and labels on different switches upstairs. The upstairs living room was very comfy and the outdoor space gave us a great view of the surprise fireworks Friday night. The text response was fantastic and quick. The not so good: no welcome package (received after asking for dishwashing tablets) No hand soap, little toilet paper, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the counters weren’t tended to. I went through with my own Lysol wipes and it was good.

Location is great, but the condo was not clean when we arrived…sticky surfaces, old coffee in the pot, and horrible musty moldy stench. Property manager did send over a cleaning crew which helped, but did not rectify the smell

Great stay for family of 3 - served as an awesome home base for all the trips to the beach and travels to Martha's Vineyard, Newport, Woods Hole, Providence, Warwick and more. 1 mile from Narragansett beach, can walk/run to beach. Short drive to Scarborough, Matunuck, Salty Brine (depending on traffic of course). Vacuum, Swiffer, cleaning supplies easily accessible in front room closet - nice to clean up all the sand. Hot water outdoor shower was amazing - would be great if simple shower curtain or simple enclosure was there, but still great perk. Upstairs master with large walk-in closet. Very responsive. Kitchen well-stocked with cooking/dining supplies. Had trouble with dishwasher late in stay, repair man was there in 30min, replacement was completed while at beach. Large shower on 1st. 1/2 bath on second floor was great to have. Washer/dryer is on smaller side, but it was wonderful to have! Upstairs loft provided nice private space for teenager but, keep in mind, narrow and transport of luggage challenging; however, it was wonderful. Upstairs patio with water views was great for coffee, lunch. Will need to make beds and distribute towels when you arrive - clean linens in bag in front room when arrived. Couple recommendations: 1) Keyless entry would be more convenient than picking up/returning key2) Hand soaps in bathrooms/kitchen were not refilled - ran very low by time departure.

The condo is in a perfect location and very nice. We walked in the morning with a perfect view of the ocean. We were close to many beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation!

Location is excellent for walking around and to Narrangassett Beach. The spiral staircase is difficult to climb with a suitcase to the lift bed.

Enjoyable time in Narragansett. The house was in a wonderful location for restaurants and the beach.

Beautiful scenery. I loved sitting on the top deck reading, eating lunch, and enjoying the view. Walking to the beach and restaurants allowed us to soak in the ocean air and get a closer look at the homes and gardens in the neighborhood. The layout of the property worked well for my family and on hot days the air conditioners were perfect. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower with warm water.

Great condo rental close to beach!

Walk to restaurants and ocean, sleep with an ocean breeze, what's not to like? The view of the ocean from the balcony is great. Its clean and easy to live in with the two bathrooms and separate sleeping areas. Hints: bring a dish towel or two and don't plan to have older people sleep in the loft. the stairs are quite steep.
