Immaculate Beach House - 1 min walk to ocean, 2 unshared patios

Steps to the beach (you can hear the waves breaking all night) and a beautiful property. We’ll be back if Donna will have us again! ;)

This home was so relaxing for our vacation. All the amenities were just right for our family's beach trip. One of just a few rentals that offer multiple car covered parking.

This home was the best equipped home we have ever stayed in. Full kitchen, game closet, and chairs/umbrella/beach towels. Immaculately clean and beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck and feeling the ocean breeze. Amazing location and access to everything San Diego offers. We loved our time here and will absolutely return. Thank you so much!!

We had an amazing time, perfect location, the house was wonderful and the beach access couldn’t have been better. Outstanding all around.

The property was as listed. It was a very short walk to Mission beach (2 Minutes max) and was on the beach side of the road. The property had beach toys/towels/chairs for use which made packing for the trip so easy! They also had a high Chair, Pack and play, and two gates for the stairs for our little one. Kitchen was stocked with all items needed for cooking and cleaning. 2 Coffee pots (Keurig and regular pot) were there. 3 BR 2.5 bath as listed were clean and comfortable. Restaurants Shopping and Package stores all within 1 mile of VRBO. Ralphs (grocery) close but probably not walkable carrying groceries. Parking spot was tight with a minivan but it fit no problem and the fact you could fit more than one car there is a bonus you don't see often in Mission Beach.

The place was in a perfect location. It was also very well stocked with everything we could need. We had 8 people there for 5 days. Very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely want to stay there again.

The interior of this Beach House is top-notch. If you want to cook, you will be impressed with the number of plates, large bowls, wine glasses, casserole dishes, serving platters, etc. It is also a very spacious layout.

Donna, thank you for sharing your beautiful and well-stocked beach house with us. It was perfect for what we needed, and we had a wonderful time while there.For anyone considering this house, you will not be disappointed. It is immaculate, comfortable, and almost keeps itself clean. The furnishings, flooring and decorations are beautiful. There is plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and a 2 year old and new baby. I always like to know the lay of the land, so here is my take, if you are interested. There are 3 levels: 1) street level parking underneath the condo with an entrance to the laundry room and shoe foyer and a 2nd entrance across the foyer to the street / front of the house, 2) living room, kitchen and patio with fire table on 2nd level, and 3) 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 3rd level. There are lots of stairs, but it was very doable.The upstairs bedrooms are quite roomy. The electric fireplace in the living room was very nice for cooler evenings and watching movies together on the big, comfy couch. We loved spending time on the patio with the fire table, just outside the living room glass doors. The additional patio is down a set of stairs from this patio, to street level, and out the gate, left to the beach and right to the bay.Anyway, thank you again for a wonderful home away from home. We were so happy with our choice.

We had such a great time. This rental was perfect for our needs. We had our almost 2 year old grandson with us and his parents. Loved walking along the boardwalk, which goes forever. Lots of restaurants and coffee, shops, and bakeries within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

The home was in a good location and had everything we needed to to enjoy our stay. Street parking is a challenge many places in San Diego, so it was nice to have parking for 2 vehicles.

We had a great stay at this beach house! Being able to walk to the beach was amazing and the overall location left us close to everything. We stayed here with 6 adults and had plenty of space to relax, cook, sleep, etc. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures provided. The host was quick to respond to questions and easy to communicate with. The 4 parking spaces were also so great! We rented a car, and they upgraded us to a bigger vehicle, and it was hard to fit under the parking area without 3 eyes on the vehicle, if you’re renting a car, I’d recommend a smaller car!

Fantastic property, perfectly situated between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. It’s an easy walk to both, yet set back just enough to offer privacy from the tourist traffic. The home has all the comforts you could want, including a spacious living room with a plush sofa and big-screen TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a very functional laundry room.Parking is a breeze with a private carport beneath the property—no need to stress about finding a street spot. We also loved the outdoor amenities, especially the fire pit/table and gas BBQ grill.The owner and her family were warm, friendly, and communicative, making check-in and check-out effortless.HIGHLY recommended for anyone wanting to visit this area.

This is the second time we have booked this rental and definitely will be coming back! Perfect location, extremely clean, perfect space for families and felt like home away from home!

Great location. Close to the beach. Walkable for dining and entertainment. Friendly neighbors. Perfect for families and kids. The only minor issue is it’s time for some new beach umbrellas.

This was an amazing place and as advertised. Very updated place, great location, the host has thought of everything. Quiet and close to the beach. Parking on site which is a plus, it’s tight but they all are near the beach. If you have some mobility issues be aware of all the stairs. 10/10.

We had a fabulous vacation and stay in San Diego! The house was perfect and in a perfect location. The property owner was super responsive and accommodating. The house was beautiful and just as pictured. Would absolutely rent again!

Property and location were just what we were looking for. Family of 5 had plenty of space, great to have parking, near beach and it seemed 15-20 minutes from the main San Diego attractions. The property was clean and really did have everything we could want. Without a doubt would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely property. It was well equipped and immaculate. We appreciated the comfy beds and luxurious linens. And the locations was perfect.

First time visit to San Diego. Property was very comfortable and accommodated 5 adults easily. Covered off-street parking was great and a must-have if you have a car. Plenty of food and drink venues within a 15 minute walk. Trips into city took only 30/- minutes.

The property was all that it said it was going to be. It was very clean and easy to get to. Just steps away from the ocean, we were able to enjoy the sound of the waves every day. Many great restaurants and bars nearby and so easy to get to downtown, San Diego Zoo and Balboa park. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering staying there.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Had basic amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Parking is definitely tight. You have to be careful not to block entry doors or the vehicle doors that are parked next to you. Not true tandem parking in my opinion due to entry door placements. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. Overall a perfect family beach house.

We enjoyed staying here for a long weekend, perfect location for long walks, shopping and enjoying the sunshine! Donna’s daughter was so helpful and accommodating, quickly addressing a few snafu’s :) Beds were comfortable and the patio firepit & big living room seating areas allowed for fun family gatherings. Showers were fantastic. I would recommend this beautiful home!!

This fabulous house just steps away from the beach was the perfect place for our annual sisters vacation! We enjoyed waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean and starting our day with a walk along the beach or boardwalk. We could also walk a few blocks and catch the sunrise on the bay side and in the evening watch the sunset on the beach. Our evenings were spent on the comfortable sectional in the living room enjoying our shows on Netflix. The house had a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, and extra towels. We very much appreciated the beach towels and chairs available for us to use. The beach house is within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants and a great location to enjoy all things San Diego!

Perfect location just a couple houses from the beach, boardwalk and the numerous attractions San Diego has to offer. House is well stocked with all the essentials, very clean and the owners were very responsive and a pleasure to rent from.
