Immaculate 7 bed/7.5 Bath Oceanfront Home NTB

From our arrival to our departure, our trip was outstanding. This home was clean, clean, clean! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for any kind of food preparation. It is very well laid out and has a NICE large island for work, serving or just sitting and enjoying family. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and family room were spacious and comfortable. The views were fabulous and beach access and pool were right there. Even the weather cooperated! I definitely recommend this home for families with children. We would love to return!

the property is nice, great location, no timely response to problems, not well informed regarding working order of the elevator, even though they were informed 1 week before our arrival. 2 couples left early on Wed. due to the fact. no grill, and 1 set of towels for each guest, however there were only enough for 11 and our party was 14.with a little more effort it could have been GREAT

We booked this house for our wedding week... Invited a few of our family and friends to stay with us and couldn't have been more pleased with this location! The wedding, just on the other side of the house, was so picturesque. It couldn't have been a more perfect stay... The house is beautiful, and the pictures don't do it justice! A great welcome text by the staff and just the feeling of being home while not being home. Another positive note, staying right aside of the shared pool, we always knew if it was busy or not so we could rotate between the beach and pool effectively, lol! I highly recommend this venue! PS. We have a place on North Topsail Beach, so we are very familiar with the Island and this location is perfect, even in the busy season, to get away just enough from the crowd to enjoy people free beaching :)

The house was new, clean, and comfortable. Everyone in our group said this was the best beach house we stayed at in Topsail. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size, the master bed/bath was grand, and the common space very spacious. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed, and it was helpful to have pictures in each cupboard to see where everything goes. We loved speaking with our informative and friendly owner. The management team was responsive, respectful, and very helpful in answering all our questions. Thank you Melinda and Betsy for accommodating such a relaxing and wonderful vacation for our whole family. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach house. Everything is clean. It has everything we need.

Our family had a wonderful time in North Topsail for our annual Fourth of July vacation. All three generations had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The house is lovely and the 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms are great. It is carefully maintained and spotless. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and large enough for all of us to be together. The welcome supplies were helpful and nice for our arrival. The linens are nicer than we expected. The elevator really helps as well. We had full ocean views from the balconies and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach walkway and the new pool! It is a comfortable neighborhood. Beautiful sunrise from the front and sunsets from the rear balconies. When we had an issue, Betsy took care of it promptly, which we appreciated. We booked Cuse is the South for next summer as the entire family voted to stay here again!

This property was perfect for the 11 adults and 2 children in our group. The home was spacious, well appointed, clean, comfortable and a short walk across the street from the beach. The elevator was useful for the several over 70 members of our group. We highly recommend 'Cuse in the South.

The house was great. Beautiful and plenty of room. The community pool is located beside the house, but is not in use. It has significant damage to the structure around it. The water in the pool is green. Apparently it has been out of order for quite a while. The listing should have been updated with this information. I feel we were intentionally mislead since the owner and the agent were aware of this. It was very disappointing for our family.

We had the perfect beach stay for our multigenerational group of family, from grandparents to infant. The house was not only beautifully decorated, but very well equipped. Perfect location steps from the beach. Beautiful views out every window. Sunrise over the ocean in the front and sunset over the marsh in the back. Can’t wait to stay here again!
