Upon arrival, be greeted by a spacious, beautifully manicured yard, inviting you to relax on the patio and enjoy the gentle rustle of the breeze through the trees. Grill up the catch of the day, enjoy a cold beverage on the deck, and roast some marshmallows around the firepit come nightfall.
Inside, a stylish full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and sparkling counter space making meal prep a breeze. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Per the Lake Limerick HOA, tenants of this rental home may access the following public areas: the pro shop, golf course, and cafe. All other common areas such as the Lake Limerick Country Club beaches, lake, boat launch, and parks are not available for tenant access. Guest passes are not available. There is a general public boat launch located off of St. Andrews Drive at the south end of the lake. Usage of the public boat launch requires a state-issued facility use permit (or fishing license) and one must actively be fishing from that boat. All non-HOA members not engaged in fishing will be asked to leave the lake.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
