Ideally located dog-friendly home near the beach & town with gas grill & WiFi

House was furnished with everything we needed, all the comforts of home. Nice to have a tv in each bedroom and big screen tv in living area. Attractively decorated.

It was great. The property was very clean. The amenities were nice. The location was good. The area. The locations in is good. Everything we wanted to do we were able to do. It was very nice. It was a lovely peaceful place to stay.

Great home! Very clean and great location. Easy access instructions. Left feedback letting them know that there was no dish soap in the kitchen, so we had to buy some. The A/C works great and it got very cold at night and there was no extra blankets to use even after turning it up. Not that this warrants anything less than 5 stars! Overall, great stay!

The home was as listed, location was perfect and was very clean. Master bed was very relaxing & comfortable. We did not find out the washer was broken until we loaded it and our clothes were soaked. So we had to run out and purchase new clothes halfway through our trip. I did reach out to the Property Management and while they were responsive to text messages they were not able to get someone to come repair it. This was not the biggest issue I had. The A/C was not able to cool the house below 75 degrees except between the hours of 2:00am and 6:00am. When we would return from the beach it would be 85/86 degrees. No matter what did we could not cool except for in the Master Bedroom that is the only room that would cool off to be bearable during the day. We vacationed at different homes in Rockport area, for a few years now and I will not be booking this unit again.

Great location and very clean. Could walk to downtown and the beach. The lock to the front door was a bit tricky, didn’t always like to unlock with the code.

arrived late Tuesday evening. the house was perfect. entered no problem. cooked breakfast next morning and headed to port aransas. was gone until Wednesday evening. everyone slept well. woke up Thursday morning, fixed breakfast and then cleaned up. the ten o'clock check out is a little difficult to meet, but we made it. we would definitely stay again. loved the house. thank you for having us.

Great little house in a great location - in downtown Rockport and in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location, comfortable property with really nice beds, nicely equipped with good AC. Could easily stay here again. The secondary toilet seemed to work ok, but neither one of us was going to sit on it. It looked questionable. We didn't need it, as the master bath toilet was fine. All 3 bedrooms looked fine, but we only used the master. Happy customer.

Close to the water and local shops.

Property is very nice, with comfortable beds. It was clean and had plenty of parking. We walked a couple of blocks to see the fireworks on the 4th with no traffic or hassle. We highly recommend this property.

The Wharf Cottage was very comfortable and as described. Beds were great. We had a great family getaway only 2 blocks from the main tourist area. We stayed soon after a tropical storm so the mosquitoes were horrible. The Rockport Beach was a short distance away and very nicely maintained. Super nice grassy area for dogs at the cottage but no secure fence to keep a little one contained.

Convenient location, but yard is not fenced in & no outside lighting for security at night on edge of commercial area. Inside, there is comfortable furniture, TV choices are great, gas stove is great, plenty of room for your stuff (if you move the cleaning supplies out of way that are randomly put into various closets).
