Ideal Family Retreat! - Beach Pass Included - Great Location - Beautiful Sunsets

This condo was so well equipped and completely comfortable for our trip to paradise. We’ll be back. The only reason we’d stay anywhere else is if we have more than 4 people. Thank you for the early check in flexibility too.

We loved our stay! The property had everything we needed for our vacation.

Awesome place for my family of four, with two teenage boys. Plenty of space, amazing location, and the pool is better than other similar properties nearby. Beach club has long been a hit for us all. Highly recommend from people who have stayed at various places in the Mauna Lani complex over the years. Looking forward to returning!

The townhouse was exactly as advertised. The home was lovely, spacious and perfect for our stay. We loved that there was a nice shopping center within walking distance with several great eateries, a grocery store and a few boutiques. The beach access that comes with the house was great as was the restaurant associated with the beach. What a treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Condo was clean, everything worked as expected and owner was great to communicate with. Would rent here again!

This was a very beautiful and well maintained home in the very nice Mauna Lani area. We had a mix of sun and rain, and it was really nice to have a covered lanai to enjoy outdoor meals and grilling, regardless of rain. The kitchen is well appointed, and we cooked at home several nights. Beds are super comfortable. The view from the upstairs bedroom was beautiful. Quiet at night.The beach club access pass was really nice - one of the better beaches on the Big Island - and a short, ocean-front walk on a public path over to the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel. We got to the beach club early to grab 2 covered lounge chairs and made a full day of it.We used the common areas less. The gym was small and you had to sign up for a time slot. My kids called the pool the “no fun pool” - beautiful but rules against no floaties, no balls/toys, etc. It was definitely geared toward adults enjoying the space, more so than kids. Still, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Dmitri was very communicative and responsive. Very easy check-in and check-out process. I forgot one of my bags and Dmitri assisted me with picking it up a couple days later (thank you!).Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, decorated perfectly. Easy access to the pool and exercise facility. Well stocked and included all the staples. The home layout was perfect for our family. We had the master bedroom on the second floor back corner, and our kids had the bottom floor front bedroom.

Peaceful and restful getaway lots of places to walk nearby. Clean and safe too. Would recommend!

Wonderful week here. Beautiful condo with nice pool and hot tub. Unfortunately there was no snorkeling anywhere this week because of high seas conditions. But fortunately we timed seeing the volcanic eruption. Amazing. This area is pretty high end as restaurants were expensive but all were very good.

Great location with easy access to all the amenities of the area. Very quiet and relaxing. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Will definitely consider coming back.

The house was in perfect condition, we loved everything about it. We appreciated the detailed instructions and the host was accommodating to all of our needs. The fairways at Mauna Lani is beautiful. The house has everything we needed. It was a perfect place to stay.

What a fantastic place! We had a wonderful two week stay in this unit. The Mauna Lani Fairways is a first class property. This unit is quiet, very well appointed, very well maintained and had all the amenities anyone needs. Beach chairs, umbrella, and access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Very comfortable bed (foam mattress I believe). View from the primary headroom was fantastic. Lots of sun and palm trees swaying. If staying on the Big Island, this place will not disappoint. Thanks for an absolutely perfect stay!

1001 Fairways is a luxury private space for a small family like ours. Upstairs and downstairs lanai spaces with no neighboring windows overlooking, great showers, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill facilities. We were comfortable, and well able to rest up from each day's activity.

Very comfortable family vacation. Everything was as advertised and communication was very easy and clear.We had a great time and hope to return some time.

Perfect accommodations for a Big Island family vacation! Our family of 3 stayed here for 5 nights. The property was just as described. Huge master bedroom, bathroom and closet space! Having the washer and dryer was so convenient. Awesome beach gear to borrow. We ended up renting snorkel sets from Snorkel Bob’s nearby. Wonderful sunset views from lanai. SO quiet and peaceful. Easy to grill dinners at night on the outdoor BBQ. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay on the Kohala Coast! We have a family of four and had plenty of space. The property was extremely clean and well-appointed, and the host was diligent and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and grounds and found everything to be quite relaxing!

Our stay her as a family of 4 (with 2 small kids) was amazing. The high ceilings as you enter the house immediately makes you feel like you're in an oasis. There were stairs but it was carpeted which was great for our kids.The house had everything you need from laundry room (with detergent and dryer sheets), kitchen items, beach chairs/towels/sand toys etc), and some board games/puzzles! If you stay here, we'd recommend going to the private beach for great snorkeling.Our host, Dimitri was super responsive and accommodating, working with housekeeping to allow us to check in early.We can't wait to stay here again!

My husband who is a little mobility compromised & I had a lovely week at this property & especially loved the recommendations in Dmitri’s notebook for guests—all great suggestions for beaches & restaurants—& we really enjoyed the beach equipment provided in the bin on the lanai. We’ll be back! Great find!

Nice, clean and peaceful. It had everything we needed. Dimitri checked in on us a few times. We loved the location. The beach club, pool and hot tub were all fantastic. We would stay against.

This property is perfect for families with children of all ages. Very clean property in a safe area with nearby shopping, as well as access to pool and lifeguard beaches. The gear provided with the home, from boogie boards to snorkeling masks, was super helpful. We especially appreciated the local tips provided by owner. I would definitely rent this properly again and highly recommend to others.

We had a perfect stay at this Fairways unit. The condo was updated and comfortable. Anything we needed was supplied from kitchen to beach gear. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with all questions. The location was perfect - beautiful grounds, lovely pool area and a great beach. Couldn't ask for more!

My wife and I really enjoyed the property. It was everything that is shown in the pictures. Very clean. Very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Neighborhood pool/hot tub and beach club are fantastic. 100% recommend.

We went to the big island for a long Super Bowl weekend and had a fantastic time. The condo was well outfitted with everything we needed. Dimitri did a great job communicating with us and we loved the location. I would stay here again in a minute.

The condo is compact but well laid out with a spacious master bedroom, king size bed and bath on the upper levels. Sunset viewing from the upper balcony was lovely. The lower level bedroom has a smaller bed. The beds were comfortable and the furniture in the living room appears to be new or nearly new. The kitchen was well stocked. We had thought that the garage was available with the unit but was not. However, on-street parking is unassigned and you may need to park quite a ways from the unit. There are three parking places close to the entry and we were able to get one of these most of the time. One of our party is disabled and we had rented a power mobility chair which had to be parked in the front entry alcove since the garage was not available. Luckily there is an outlet in the front entry and we were able to plug in the chair battery in the front entry. We had fun walking/rolling to the Fairmont Orchid for breakfast several times and to the petroglyph beach park for sunset. The pool is a short distance from most of the units in this development but does not have easy handicap access into the water. The condo entry is at ground level with only a couple of inches difference between the inside and outside levels. We did not bring the power chair into the unit but it would be possible to enter with a walker or wheel chair with assistance. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a week while attending a conference at the Fairmont down the street. The location is excellent. We have stayed at other units in The Fairways and this one is top notch . Newly renovated, well organized and fully stocked. Cooking supplies included oil, soy sauce, spices, sugar, etc. The beds were excellent. Furniture was comfortable.The beach gear was a great feature with chairs, umbrella all in good condition. I was able to skip a trip to Snorkel Bob's as snorkel gear was also provided.The beach club access is also a big asset.

Everything about this place was perfect. This includes the rooms, the breakfasts, the staff and the location. Our stay was simply wonderful. I could not rate this place any higher.

The host was amazing and helping us navigate the trip and check in/check out was seamless. The pass for the beach club man or experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend – – five stars!

Super comfy, well-appointed vacation home. The location is ideal and having access to the beach club makes it even better. Being able to walk to the pool in less than three minutes was awesome. Kinda felt like our own pool. Will stay here again!

If you are looking for a great location, responsive and welcoming owner/host, well stocked and clean condo, then look no further! The host was very responsive during the booking process and also checked in with us a couple times while we were there. The pool was lovely and the beach club pass was wonderful! Could not ask for anything more and we would definitely stay here again while in Hawaii. Thank you again, Dmitri!

The condo had everything needed for a great vacation. Quiet and felt private, beds super comfy, very spacious and everything felt brand new and sparkling clean. Would be perfect for two couples. Did not use the pool but it looked nice. Gated complex was immaculately maintained and close to great beaches. Management super responsive... grill was out of propane and they arrived to fill it in 5 minutes. Lovely sitting outdoors with the gentle breeze-- from upper lanai you could see sunset ever better. Would not hesitate to recommend.
