Divided bathroom: vanity area is separate from shower-tub-toilet room for efficiency. Commercial style kitchen with glass top range, stocked with the tools you need to assemble a delicious meal. Tables inside and outside each seat six. Separate conversation area outside.

Warm in the winter, cool in the summer. There may be guests in the unit upstairs;although the floor between is built for sound, you may hear footsteps occasionally.

Three bedrooms: King, Queen, and twin with pull-out trundle.

Separate laundry in building, outside and next to your kitchen door.
