Hunter House on Rutger

We really enjoyed our stay and going to Taste of Soulard. The house was very clean and comfortable..The kitchen had very nice appliances.We felt safe in this neighborhood.

Hunter House was a perfect choice for our 7-person group. It is a spacious, very nicely updated home in a quiet neighborhood that was central to our weekend plans. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail was apparent (e.g. high quality towels and bedsheets, thoughtful touches like umbrellas by the door). Communicating with William was a pleasure - he proactively provided all the information we needed from beginning to end. We were in St. Louis to visit family, and we would absolutely stay here again for our future trips to the city.

I do not know why it is asking about National Parks. They're all closed because the government is closed. But the stay itself was great and would gladly come back

House was clean and modern. Living room area was on the small side, but kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space to gather. Beds were comfy besides two basement beds. Overall it met our needs for a short weekend stay and l happy with the cleanliness and communication from host.

The house was very nice and the host accommodating.

Friends and I stayed at this place for a work event. it was very convenient and close to where we needed to be, ballpark village.

Needs some maintenance work done. The back door hand kept falling off. The light fixture in the kitchen is about to fall off. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom looks like it’s going to fall down. The kitchen was a touch dirty but over all very nice and I would stay again

Overall the house and location were great

Quiet neighborhood, close to prime locations. Host available. Board games available . House was not as clean as we would have liked it. A lot of dust on floors and ceiling fans and lack of towels. Caused problems for a very hot weekend with daily showers, babies crawling around and allergies kicking up, and just didn’t feel like a cleanly place. Also found dirty towel and socks in 2 different bedrooms. Host was apologetic

We enjoyed our stay. There is some improvements that could be made. Such as the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. They could use a good cleaning and refinishing. The top deck step was loose, and the manager was prompt to reply. We did hear gun shots one of the nights. We didn’t feel unsafe though. Saint Louis has its share of issues not the Vrbo’s fault. It was close to everything. I loved the decor in this place. Overall I might stay in a different location within walking distance of things. It suited us for what we needed st the time. Lots of space to spread out.
