Huge House has private deepwater dock & Pool, heated Hot Tub & Close to Beaches

My family and I stayed here the first week in October. Absolutely loved the home and experience. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. First time staying at a home on the marsh and prefer this rather than on the beach. The view was beautiful and enjoyed watching the high and low tide effects on the marsh. Water was teaming with fish during low tides, and we caught several flounder right off the floating dock. Sitting under the covered dock on the bench seating was a true pleasure. The pool and hot tub were great, very clean, hot tub jets worked well, and the water heats up nicely. Enjoyed the screened in back porch with ceiling fans. Very comfortable with a great view. Kitchen was well stocked, all appliances worked, and very clean. WIFI signal was strong throughout the house, and we were able to stream Netflix and Amazon movies on multiple TV's simultaneously without bandwidth issues. House was very clean, spacious and in a quiet safe neighborhood. We loved the overall experience and plan to come back. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at the house!

This house and the property was perfect for our group of 3 families with boys ages 16-4. The house is well laid out, spacious, and comfortable for a larger group. The combination of the pool and the pier/dock with waterfront access was exceptional. We enjoyed the outdoors all day, from sunrise to sunset. The changing scenery of the tidal river inlet, birds flying, fish jumping, all makes for a wonderful feast for the senses. Our boys did some crabbing, some fishing, and some swimming in the river. The host was very communicative throughout and alerted us to when any landscapers or pool cleaners or other were scheduled to do maintenance. Check-in and check-out were easy. Overall a great stay and we'll consider staying here again.

Second year in a row here and again everything was perfect. Great location, beautiful views, wonderful home for our family to spread out and relax.

Inlet Oasis was perfect. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. Kitchen is large and accommodating. The game room and pool are fantastic. Great dock for bringing the boats and fishing the inlet all week. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Gorgeous views of our favorite place. We hope to make it our new annual vacation home. A owners!

Wonderful layout of the house for the 8 of us including a 12 and 8-year-old. Pool and hot tub awesome. Everyone took turns in the kayak. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. So glad it was off the beaten path but close to activities and restaurants. Definitely a 5 star rating!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a few minor issues and they were addressed promptly. The home is huge and was enough space for our 12 guests. Please make sure you look at the pictures of bedrooms, as we didn’t look closely and didn’t realize that two of the bedrooms listed were an office and living room with pullout couches, but again that was our oversight. So there are 3 actual bedrooms with sleeping options in the office, living room, and basement space. The house had lots of extras and was well equipped. The location was perfect, relaxing by the pool, fishing on the dock, and a short 10 minute drive to Garden City Beach. Stores and restaurants very close, and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. Overall we had a lovely time. Thank you so much!

We cannot say enough about how lovely our vacation was! The pictures on line do not do justice to the bright open spaces and enormous screen porch this house has. The home was well stocked with anything we needed, it was clean and fresh with beautiful decor. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The covered dock was a highlight as it was breezy and cool much of our stay. Lots of fishing each day off the dock. We highly recommend this home for a large family or friends group and we would LOVE to come back next year!

This was a perfect house for me and my extended family. There were 10 of us total, mostly adult. The youngest was 10 years old. We had several teenagers that stayed in the game room on the fist floor on full bunk beds. They loved it. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was well appointed. We ate every meal in the house since it was much easier and cheaper then trying to eat out. The pool was fantastic with a hot tub connected. We enjoyed it everyday that we were there. The owner communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure there were no concerns. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend this property.
