Stayed Dec 5, 2025We really enjoyed the charm of this home. It was very cute, nicely decorated, spacious, and seemed to be located in a neighborhood that was safe. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive, which we genuinely appreciated throughout our stay. We did request an early check in as our event started the same time as check in and they were not able to accomodate so we had to change clothes and get ready in a parking lot. This is not the hosts fault but would have been a big help. There were a few maintenance issues that future guests should be aware of. The toilet in the primary bathroom clogged every time it was flushed, and one of the shower doors in that bathroom was off the track and not usable. The guest bathroom shower was also leaking heavily where the shower head meets the arm, causing water to spray outside the shower and even reach the ceiling. My husband ended up fixing it so we could use it. At check-in, host also informed us that the oven wasn’t working. There were a few other minor inconveniences as well.Additionally, the basement did not have a lock, which might be something to consider so guests know they shouldn’t go down there. We also had some trouble with the backdoor keypad.Overall, we still had a nice stay thanks to the home’s charm and the host’s friendliness, but addressing these issues would definitely improve the experience for future guests.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025The house was beautiful. We had some trouble with the locks getting into the house, and it would have been nice to know in advance that the garage door was not working. But communication from the host was prompt and all issues were resolved.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025This was a great house to stay at. I was traveling with my family, and we were able to both spread out and gather all together when we wanted to. It was very clean and the yard was great for the kids.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Great home, great location, family friendly. Awesome communication with the property manager. There was plenty of room for our large family, 2 adults and 6 kids/teens, it even had a crib for our 8 month old. For us, it was more affordable than staying in a hotel. Nice back yard with a play structure for younger children. Street and off street parking available. It's literally minutes away from everything we came to town to do, Zoo, Aquarium, Arch, Science Center and IKEA. There's great restaurants near by also! Pictures are from right before we left. I forgot to take before pictures.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024House was HUGE, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, yet gather together for mealtime! Comfy beds with plenty of linens. There were no kitchen towels (used bathroom hand towels) One remote had to be shared for all 3 TV's spanning 3 floors (step goal was hit for certain) Historic home and neighborhood close to all the attractions

Stayed Apr 1, 2024The only thing I was not happy about is that maintenance never came and fixed the garage door. Everything else was good. Wouldn’t mind booking it for next year’s trip.

Stayed Jun 28, 2023We were looking for a rental that would comfortably hold 3 couples and 5 children. This house had three bedrooms on the second floor with king beds in each. One had an en suite full bath. On the third floor we’re three trundles and large sectional sofa. The other full bath is located on the second floor and there is a half bath by the back door. The kitchen was large with an island in the center. The dining room had a table with 10 chairs. There were a number of TV’s in the house with many streaming apps. The carport has an alley access with a garage door. The house is on a corner and, in some places, less than a foot away from the boarded up house next door. The decor was quite interesting. The master bath was pink and purple with a mirror ball and tinsel stars hanging from the ceiling. If you like eclectic decor, this is the house for you! Oh, the stairs creak. It was nice to have the large washer and dryer.

Stayed Jun 14, 2023We had an amazing time at this house! It was large enough for 12 people and we had plenty of room. Everyone had their own space! When we come back to St. Louis we will definitely stay here again!
