Stayed Dec 31, 1969Mr. Kerloch's house is a real treasure! Quiet, lots of space inside, well equipped for a large family of six like ours - and very enjoyable. A yard walled off against the wind and for extra privacy, facing south - for that extra holiday breakfast sunshine. A house of two parts: one for living and a section for sleeping. Plus an extra bed room right under the roof with a big sky window. Keep it open at night and you can hear the waves. There is a shed big enough to house six bicycles (and a professional pump to fill bike tires). There is an extra shower and toilet in another building: a good place to go when you are still all sandy from the beaches. This also houses the washing machine, dryer and some extra space for cooking (if that is what you want; we did not need it). Clearly someone took great care to create a perfect (holiday) home for himself. You can even see the sea at a distance from the sky window ... We all returned to Freiburg with a good tan. This must be rust - as it always rains in Brittany ... (or so the legend goes that Bretons keep telling to all those from that little country between Brittany and Germany, to whom they do not want to be too attractive). Great place to be. We will be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent 7 days in the cottage at Penneac'h and it was not long enough to explore all the marvellous costal paths and sights around the area. Lovely cottage, very comfortable and a warm welcome, with everything in the way of amenities that you could wish for, also very peaceful and just a few hundred metres from a small rocky cove. Lovely white sandy beaches nearby and we had many lovely days exploring Brittany.
