House San Vittore Ravenna

Very good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Great for seeing the sights. The property was excellent with very comfortable sleeping arrangements - great beds and excellent bathrooms. Could not have been better. Our host was really friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay.

Well located. Beautifully appointed. Spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and warm with double glazing. Easy checkin with very friendly and accommodating host. Nice extra touches such as a welcome bottle of good Prosecco and useful supplies such as olive oil. Faultless

This house was beautifully decorated and maintained. It is even better than the pictures. It was very well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials and was very spacious, clean and well-lit. The location was excellent - a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. There is Netflix and Prime Video on the TVs. Paolo provides extensive recommendations and how-to videos for checking in, operating appliances, etc. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay!

Excellent and well presented property

Another great stay in Ravenna. Paolo’s place near to restaurants, shopping & museums on a quiet little street once again fit the bill for a great home away from home. Look forward to another stay when in the area.

A perfectly equipped flat, cosy and friendly atmosphere, very close to the most impressive and beautiful sights of Ravenna - perfect to stay for some days.

Paolo was attentive from the beginning. The instructions for the check in, functionality of the property and how to utilize the private parking garage were impeccable. The property was close to restaurants, markets & easy to escape to the towns edge for day trips when needed. The washer / dryer made life drastically easier for someone with little time for trips to a laundry mixed in with work or time off. I’ll stay again when in the area & availability permits. The online pictures and description accurately depict the property. It has been beautifully renovated and is very comfortable. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. Before I arrived, I received videos on how to operate everything in the house and provided us with a list of things to do and places to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay and the superb facilities. Very upscale facilities.

When you see pictures, you hope the real thing lives up to expectations - Paolo’s property exceeded them!! It was gorgeous, perfectly appointed with all the necessary amenities. The location was quiet and close to all the major attractions of Ravenna. Communication with the host Paolo was terrific- he was extremely helpful and prepared us fully to enjoy our visit- Bravo! We will be back and highly recommend this property!!!
