Stayed Jun 12, 2026The house was as presented on the VRBO website. It was exceptionally clean (which is much appreciated). The ammenities were certainly a nice addition. My wife and son enjoyed the ping pong table. The kitchen was very well equipped and the cupboards were labled which was helpful. I did have to chuckle when I seen the time setting on the stove which was set to military time (the 24-hour clock) which suggests the host was a veteran or is still perhaps serving as a reservist or a member of the National Guard. Either way thank you brother!Keith

Stayed Feb 13, 2026Just what we were looking for! Quiet, cozy place for a long weekend away. Javier was a great communicator, very prompt. Check-in/check-out super easy. Easy 30 min. drive to Galena for the day. House had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of room for a bigger family as well.

Stayed May 17, 2025Great house for a nice getaway. Plenty to do onsite to keep you occupied. Fantastic outdoor patio area with woods behind the house. 2-person jacuzzi tub was fantastic too. Beds were comfortable, and house was nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. Plenty of seasoned firewood for inddor and outdoor use.Had a very minor hiccup with check-in, which was not the owners fault. Even so, he went over and above to make things right, and has been very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay.Would highly recommend staying here!
