Walking distance to April Sound Clubhouse with pools, golf and tennis. Lake Conroe is 400 yards away and can be seen from upper deck. April Sound is gated community with security entrance. This is the best location in April Sound.

This lovely home is an upside down house with bedrooms on the ground floor and kitchen/living areas upstairs. The house felt very spacious and was right off the April Sound golf course 1st tee. The view of the golf course was spectacular from the 2nd floor. Each of the three bedrooms downstairs had their own bathroom which was very nice. We had a great time.

This home has all the amenities, and the location to everything is perfect! We all enjoyed our rest, and relaxation. Pool and club house walking distance, and lake right down the street. Our host Toni was outstanding, and saw to our every need. We will be back, and will request this home again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Very comfortable home. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice kitchen. The upside down design was great because you did don’t have to drag luggage up stairs. Highly recommend the home
