On the first floor there are a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and two twin rooms. We find a second bathroom.
In the basement of the house there is a parking space for a car.

    Fantastic location, ideal for town and beach. However, issues with the property as follows: access via narrow entrance from garage which was not well signposted. Garden sprinklers activate in early morning and evening which meant there was no water pressure for toilets and showers. The bathroom door lock was broken, so could not be unlocked from the inside. The shower head didn’t reach the holder. Bulb gone in bathroom. Gas bottle was empty, we were unable to use the hob. A mouse was able to enter the property and ate food in the kitchen. Overall the property was not of a standard we found acceptable.
