We loved the location of this adorable house. We were able to walk to dinner and to the Gulch for restaurants and shopping. The outdoor sitting areas were awesome. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the upstairs deck. The house was well-equipped, super clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was the most well appointed rental I have experienced in my travels. They had everything that we needed from cleaning supplies to extra linens and towels. We arrived late at night during the middle of a huge ice event in Nashville. The walkway was cleared which allowed us a safe passage into the home.

Home was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Outstanding location. Host was very kind and communicated well before our stay; a true southern lady.

Wonderful house showing a style of architecture from about 100 years ago. Kitchen was well equipped with most any cooking tool you would need. The house is at the end of a dead-end street so it was very quiet. It is next to park that allows dogs but it’s not fenced in so I could not let my dog off leash. Still, it was a great place to take a dog for a walk. Walking distance to excellent restaurants.

This is the best pace I've ever visited. It's not a rental, it's a home. You feel warm and cared for. We had all the amenities and extras! Everything you would need was provided like you would have right in your own home, all the way down to paper products, cooking spices, and laundry detergent. The beds all had great matresses and linens/blankets - very comfortable. This is definitely a 10 house. Thank you so much for an excellent experience! Also, geographically, you could not ask for a better location as the home is placed within walking distance of all the major attractions like Music row, museums, and Vanderbilt University. The home is perfection! Very well kept up with everything you could want in a home away from home. The details are very thought out, and the home is cozy and comfortable. Especially appreciated the little labels on everything. Very helpful trick!

We came to town for a sporting event and had 4 couples which fit perfectly in this home. We brought our dogs and between the backyard and park next door, there was plenty of room for them to get out. The location is great and walkable to Music Row and The Gulch. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe.

Definitely a HOME, not just a house. Perfect location to all our entertainment needs. Had absolutely no issues, which made our family getaway much more memorable!

Owner has set up the perfect house for a group wanting a fun stay in Nashville. We appreciated the labels, instructions, coffee, towels, washcloths, and cozy beds. Group of 8 friends stayed in the house for a long weekend and every one of us loved the house. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch, as well as the spacious living room. We walked sometimes and Ubered others. Highly recommend staying here with a group. Plenty of space, beds, and adorably decorated.

Property was delightful...more than enough room for 6 adult women.. decor charming and fun. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with every essential..great coffee.Spacious fridge..Upon arrival, thrilled to have it well stocked with bottled water. Appreciated the large bowl of assorted snacks to tide us over as we unpacked. Wonderful large screen TV in living room that had great selection of movie channels and live TV. Our host Melissa was super cool about responding to all our requests/ questions. A very generous and thoughtful host indeed! The neighborhood was quiet and location exceptional. Thank you very much for an amazing comfortable stay in a rental that surpassed all of our expectations.

This is by far one of the best VRBO’s that we have rented. So clean! The thoughtfulness from the provided toiletries to the snacks and cold waters in the fridge. The helpful book about the area and things to do. Just overall a wonderful place! Just a side note, the TV Roku remote in the living room was missing and tv remote in middle bedroom had no batteries but we made it work with other remotes in the house.Again just wonderful place to stay.

We were a group of 5 ladies in Nashville to celebrate birthdays. The house is absolutely fabulous! It felt like home right away. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is so beautifully decorated and it’s clear the owners want you to enjoy it. We uber-ed everywhere, with fairly short rides to all of our destinations, as the house was not far away from it all. We didn’t have any issues at the house while there and communication prior to our arrival was prompt. We were even allowed early check-in. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and we’d most definitely recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful stay at your lovely home!

After long term planning for our 40th anniversary and family trip, this house was the perfect fit for everyone. Close to the action of downtown but far enough for peace and quiet. The house is amazing! The renovation captured the period of the house and was well done. I can't say enough about how great our experience was.

Our stay began with excellent communication from the Host! They were warm, friendly and accommodating with all of our questions. The home is lovely with its remodeled and “all new” features, appliances, and decor. We love the vintage feel of the house and its flowing floor plan and huge rooms. We will be checking the availability of this home first and foremost with our future trips to Nashville!

I booked this house to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. It was a girls trip with family and friends. We had 9 in our group. This house is outstanding. Truly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has such charm and character, yet it is so homey. The owner’s attention to detail was amazing. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. The location was quiet but walkable to coffee shops and an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit to Nashville and know exactly where we hope to stay!

The location of this lovely home was perfect as walking distance to The Gulch and Broadway. We were a party of 7 ladies coming to Nashville for a long girls weekend and this home accommodated us very well. If we didn't feel like walking, it was a short Uber (inexpensive) ride. We did. have an issue with on of the bathrooms, but the owner resounded very quickly and sent someone to fix it immediately. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay close to all the Nashville action!

Our stay for 7 women was absolutely fabulous (plenty of beds and space). The house is exactly as it appears in the description and worked great for us. It had everything we needed and the welcome snacks were greatly appreciated. The group was able to eat together in the dining area, chat together in the living area, and drink and laugh together on the upstairs deck. We were able to walk to downtown but did Lyft when needed (very inexpensive rides). We loved The Gulch area and all of its cute shops and bars. I would highly recommend this house for a large group....it will not disappoint!! We will come back for our next reunion. Thank You!!!

This Music Row home was ideal for our family to enjoy being together while in town for our daughter's wedding. Loved the historic home and updated decor. We had fun hanging out on the roof top deck, walking to local spots, and enjoying the neighborhood. My favorite was sipping coffee each morning on the front porch! Would definitely recommend this home to any family or small group seeking to enjoy a neighborhood location with close proximity to all that Nashville has to offer.

House and area was great...quiet neighborhood next to park....quaint, homey, well appointed and supplied...only concern was the upstairs bedrooms had somewhat thin walls if someone is snoring, but otherwise were super cute and cozy...
